My priest deck is far more budget than this, and it's also far more playable. I dunno what people you've been beating with this setup, but they should feel ashamed of themselves.
Let's see, where to begin.
A. The ONLY rare a budget priest deck needs is Lightwell.
B. There isn't enough removal in this deck. You should be running Holy Smite. Not only does it give you early removal, it also gives you a way to self-pump your Berserker for very cheap if needed.
C. I think you're only running Commanders because everyone seems to think they're the best 6-drop in the game for offense. Priest actually gains far more benefit from Sunwalker. If left unchecked you end up with a 20/20 with DS and taunt as opposed to the 4/3 that isn't going to last past one turn to any player with one or more tricks up his sleeve to deal with him. However, neither is necessary for a budget priest deck. Again, the only rare you need is Lightwell. Cheaper, adds to the theme of keeping your stuff alive, and with 3 mana becomes nearly the size of Deathwing.
Sorry noxxy... can't be an expert at everything. Stick to what you know...
Edit: Aside from being nowhere close to budget, the deck lacks consistent draw and defensive capabilities. A series of small creatures is going to crush you. By the time you draw a holy nova, a shaman could have already given his totems +2 HP through a zero cost card and have all 4 on the board.
And what cards in this deck really benefit the injured blademaster? He's best comboed with witch doctors early game or late game holy novas. 5 mana for a 4/5 is one more mana than a chillwind yeti. Pretty raw deal there...
This deck would do one thing well... kill priest decks... except for priest decks with mind vision. They'll steal that mind control which is inevitably going to be the last card in your hand.
This is budget? There's 1000 dust in this deck.
