"MY BOARS THAT DIE, MY SWORD THAT SLASHES!"

Hi everyone! Shudderstone here,

I'm excited to show you one of the most fun and crazy Shudderwock decks ever. This deck is all about trying to achieve the Sword of a Thousand Truths every time you play a Shudderwock, So basically winning the game in one of the most meme ways possible. :)

I stream on Twitch and upload highlights and shorts on Youtube to inspire more people to play creative and fun Shudderwock decks. So if you like what I'm doing, please share this with your friends so I can reach more people like you! (And turn you into Shudderwock enthusiasts as well >:))

Combo pieces:

  • Elwynn Boar: You obviously need 7 Elwynn boars to die, so you need to make sure at least one of them dies before the combo.
  • Street Sweeper: In order to kill the boars automatically, you want to play the Street Sweeper so it will go off in the combo turn.
  • N'Zoth: N'Zoth is crucial to spawning more boars to be killed, so on the combo turn, everytime the N'Zoth battlecry goes off, more boars will be spawned.
  • Tomb Lurker: If N'Zoth doesn't want to be drawn or he gets eaten or destroyed/stolen, you can use Tomb Lurker to get the Elwynn Boar back to your hand, giving you an alternate way to get the sword.

Tips on how to prepare:

  • Warning: Tomb Lurker battlecry gives you a Deathrattle minion that died this game, NOT ONLY FRIENDLY MINIONS. So if the opponent played a deathrattle minion and it died, you have a chance to get it as well. I don't recommend playing Tomb Lurker against a heavy Deathrattle deck, as it will fill your hand with non-combo pieces.
  • One of the most difficult parts of this combo is being able to play N'Zoth, since he costs 10 mana and you need to survive the turn afterwards. So what I would recommend is to play a Shudderwock without the N'Zoth effect first, to be able to stall the game out and clearing the board with the Street Sweeper effect on Shudderwock. This way you can create a safe turn to play N'Zoth.
  • The quest is very handy in controlling how the game flows. If you get into a situation where you're being rushed down to low HP, you can for example clear the board with a double Street Sweeper effect, clearing the board for 4 damage to all minions, or you can use Sunfury Clergy to heal your face for 12 HP, which gets repeated with Shudderwock as well :).
  • Astalor is in this deck in order to have a bit more survivability as well, so when you're in a pickle, don't be afraid to play Astalor to gain armor/clear the board. And if really necessary you can close out the game with Astalor double battlecry for 32 damage, if the opponent is going some kind of combo deck and you would be dead next turn.
  • Make sure you are always safe, so use Devolve and Flurgl-Tox to your advantage, especially against something like Big Priest. Freezing a full board is sometimes better than clearing it, because you can lock out your opponent for an entire turn. So keep that in mind as well.
