This would create more challenging and interesting dynamics for both players by allowing strategized counterplay which is copying/stealing one of them and triggering it for yourself before your opponent does.

I love how everyone was complaining how op this card is and now we don’t see it anywhere anyway.

Heh, you wish. In wild, it can make a comeback anytime. I also have seen one just now.

The sword attacking ANYTHING(can even be their own minion) will cause you to lose all your mana. You can have a taunt up and it won't matter. Am I forced to play Shaman just to counter this bullshit? This is stupid as fuck.

I hate this card. Why do they keep printing cancerous cards?

If you're priest this should be changed to 20 boars intead of 7.

Other than hard Devolve or similar Shaman transforming material this card is literally impossible to stop. Casino Mage isn't fast enough and any aggro is only fodder for the little boars' deaths. NO STRATEGY IS REQUIRED to make any deck using this potent and I think that's an error on Blizzard's part.

so can this only be summoned once per game, or every boar after 7 that dies will equip another sword of a thousand truths??

after 6 have already died in a game, every boar that dies afterward (and isn't silenced) will equip the weapon.

I think Flik Skyshiv will make a perfect companion

Any ideas on how to counter the sword? Have taunts up? Lightning Bloom into Ooze or Viper?

Once activated there is no counter. The only way to avoid the weapon is to silence some boars or mess with their resurrect pool.

Day one, I will try this with Druid in standard. plenty of ways to copy this beast. Rush broom can help make sure they die and don't get Polly. Not sure how viable but when you can tutor the Eleynn Boar out with living seeds.... solar eclipse into germination. Pleaugmaw to make copies of the now taunted ones. Spikeshell gets copies. That new 3 Mana epic minion that makes copies of your 2 mana or fewer, minions.
And even that hunter/druid 3 mana legendary that becomes a copy of a beast. Druid has a lot of ways to easily make 7.  then just pack the deck with survival and draw. 

The art for the sword gives me a very strong YUGIOH vibe and I'm not sure why 

It will be my first craft. And because I didn't play for climbing for years!

This could actually be playable with Twilight's Call, either in wild as a meme or in standard if TC returns in a core set in the future.

While decidedly hit or miss, this deck actually wins a wee bit more than it loses in Wild. It desperately needed another 1-drop:
