Got Legend with this version of Rune Mage - and without 11 star bonus this season. It differs a bit from the standard version - abandons Varden Dawngrasp, Taelan Fordring and Mass Polymorph in favour of second Arcanologist and 2 copies of Drakefire Amulet. This makes it much cheaper and better - Taelan Fordring is good only with early Wildfire, Varden Dawngrasp and Mass Polymorph are even more conditional. Drakefire Amulet is more flexible - draw for 1, 10 armor from Deepwater Evoker and even sometimes you will actually cast it.

This deck will lose only one although quite important card for sure with rotation - Mask of C'Thun, also Arcanologist and Ice Barrier if they don't get to the new core set. Still we probably will find replacements for them, so it's probably quite safe to craft.
