Yes, by all means, make Questline Mage even more annoying.

Actually, I don't know if quest has any interest in this. Yes, it benefits from spell damage, but it's also fairly expensive until you get flows on it, not to mention it can't go face after completing quest. I think it's a maybe. I almost think if fits better in non quest spell damage mage, because it isn't as focused on pure face damage once it gets spell damage.

If many quest mages choose not to run Apexis Blast, which is better than this in most scenarios, then this won’t make the cut either. The spell school also is not very relevant here as they have plenty of cheaper options to fulfill the Arcane requirement. It would be a different story if this was a frost spell

Questline Mage kinda flops anyway if you don't get flows.
