McBanterFace took Jambre's build of Handbuff DH to top 100 Legend, and has been praising the deck on Twitter. But let's ask the real question: Why are we playing Handbuff cards in Demon Hunter???
If you're finding this deck or post useful, give the deck a thumbs up to support more deck guides and videos in the future!
This deck feels very powerful in its ability to suddenly pressure your opponent with a large amount of damage, pressuring lethal almost very turn thanks to the synergies between Illidari Inquisitor and Felosophy. Best case, if you're able to make multiple copies of buffed Inquisitors, there is almost no deck that can deal with back-to-back-to-back-to-back big demons hitting face.
Outside of the massive damage turns, you have several synergies with Trueaim Crescent. You can buff your whole hand +2/+2 thanks to Overlord Runthak. You can clear whole boards and giant minions with Ace Hunter Kreen. You can spread large boards with a discounted Insatiable Felhound and Felosophy combos. You can buff a large Kor'vas Bloodthorn just to flex on your opponent with cards they won't expect. If you're looking for an interesting Demon Hunter build, I had a ton of fun with this list.
Feel free to ask any questions or reference the video for more general strategies and gameplay footage!
Hey! Just saw a youtube video with this deck, it look amazing!
What would you suggest to make it a bit more low-cost (there's lots of legendaries in it :D). I don't have Kreen, Kurtrus, and Blackthorn
What could I replace them with? Or which one should I absolutly craft if really needed? (I guess Kreen is kind of necessary, no?)
Anyway, amazing deck building :)
This deck felt bad against any possible archetype.
D5 to Legend, 70% win rate, 37 games played, very cool deck. Tried several times to make the lifesteal demons work, but without result until now. I replaced one Trueaim Crescent with Star Student Selina, just because I like the card that much. It helps you explore your opponents hand a little and can get you the win by discarding the important next move of the opponent, which happened more than once during this run.
This month is the first time I reached legend in standard, after trying different Demon Hunter decks. This deck seemed the most consistent of them all, more than the N'zoth versions of it.
Thank you for sharing your deck, and good luck on ladder.
Hell yeah! Congrats on your legend climb! Star Student may actually be a pretty decent tech since your early turns are kinda lack luster without the curve. But like I said, the power of this decks comes down when your large demons and damage is shown!
Good job man!
