General Strategy:
This is a somewhat aggressive style deck that uses early minions and secrets to apply some early chip damage and then finish the opponent off with burn. In the early game, it is important to develop a minion by turn 2 or 3. In most turns, face is the place. Remember, in aggro decks your minions are an investment of damage. Only trade if you think you can get 1 or more attacks in with the minion you're protecting.
Towards turn 6+ you want to start burning the opponent down as much as you can. Oftentimes you can setup a 2 turn lethal with a couple of Fireballs, Cloud Princes, or even Pyroblast on turn 10 if the game goes that long.
*One cool thing to note about Mirror Entity and Netherwind Portal is that your opponent is most likely spending all their mana to summon the minion or cast the spell so they won't be able to remove the minion summoned on your side, so the minion basically has charge when it goes back to your turn.*
*Don't get too greedy with your early minions like Secretkeeper, Apexis Smuggler, Arcane Flakmage, Sunreaver Spy. Sometimes its best to play them out without having any secrets just to start chipping your opponent down*
Mulligan:
Always Keep - Secret Keeper, Ancient Mysteries, Apexis Smuggler, Astromancer Solarian, Sunreaver Spy, Arcane Flakmage, Kirin Tor Mage, Mirror Entity(Except Rogue), Netherwind Portal
Sometimes Keep - Frostbolt(vs aggressive decks like Hunter/Paladin), Flame Ward(vs aggressive decks), Spellbender(vs slower decks)

A truly, truly awful deck.
Thanks for the constructive criticism!
I like this deck but I think the mulligan guide is way too broad. Why always keep Sunreaver Spy? Especially if you already have the other 2 drops. I feel like there are definitely some changes needed, like why Ice Barrier if its an aggressive deck? Like the concept a lot though.
This deck has so much burst towards the mid-late game that we prioritize minions so heavily in the early game for chip damage and early board control, even if it means playing a Sunreaver Spy as a River Crocolisk. I originally had Counterspell in here instead of Ice Barrier as well, so I changed it back :)
I uploaded a similar version of this which I used at Legend, you really need counterspell it‘s so good against priest. And I don‘t think ice barrier makes a lot of sence since this i an aggressive deck. Also evocation works pretty well cuz you run out of stuff pretty fast. Just my opinion^^ Definately one of the most fun decks rn
I actually had Counterspell instead of Ice Barrier in my original list! But I ended up facing a huge string of hunters in a row and swapped it out lol. Overall, I believe 1 Counterspell is more beneficial so I changed this decklist to accommodate it :).
I like the idea of Evocation! I thought about it at first and didn't include it because it seems like more of a late game card when you're looking for more refill, but when it comes to the late game we already have so many cards dedicated to finishing like Fireball, Cloud Prince, Pyroblast, that I didn't want yet another card that would be in hand til the late game.
too many dead draws
Game 1: Priest just humiliated this deck.
game 2: barely won against hunter on round 10 with pyro.
game 3: humiliated by mage.
im not sure how you climbed with his deck. It has no board clear, no control no mitigation.
well, 3 games is a pretty small sample size to be judging the deck but I'm glad you got a win with it at least! One misconception with this deck when people see secrets in here is to play slower like a control deck as hinted at when you said "no board clear, no control" but you want to close out games fast and use your secrets to an aggressive advantage so we don't need board clears or play control. For example, against Warlock/Priest, Netherwind Portal is amazing pressure and those decks will have a hard time dealing with a Counterspell/Spellbender into an Ethereal Arcanist. You'll never outlast the slower decks so you want to play out your minions asap before your opponent gets removal for them. And against faster decks we have Arcane Flakmage and Flame Ward to help curb their aggression while we continue ours.
Hope this helps! If you still enjoy the deck but wish to get better at it, feel free to link a replay and I could help ya out!
Nice one! I also climbed to D5 with a secret list. Checkout mine here!

I know it must be tiresome to answer the same questions, over and over...., but, would you say that Bloodmage Thalnos could be a decent replacement if I don't have Solarian ? (draw + spell power ) Thx.
Yeah, I would say so!
I have the worst RNG luck. Running 7 secrets and in about 50% of games I draw NO secrets or Ancient Mysteries by turn 8. Annoying.
Oof, thats REALLY unlucky :/. Card games be like that sometimes, or some games you'll have all your secrets and no cards to take advantage of them lol.
Thanks for posting, this deck is a lot of fun! Im missing a Speilender and i don't want to craft anything right before the expansion so i put a Counterspell in. Works fine.
Im currency 6-1 but i feel like im not winning because the deck is so good but because my opponents have absolutely no idea what's happening when facing this deck lol
You're welcome! Glad you're having fun with it :). Your swap of Counterspell for Spellbender was a good idea.
That's the perk to playing off meta decks like this, is your opponent usually mulligans wrong or doesn't know what to play against! lol. Cheers!
