Ok, mulligan the quest away because it’s useless. Try to get Sungill or Finley. If you’re playing ranked, you’ve already lost. If your opponent plays something other than Goldshire Footman or Stonetusk Boar on 1, you’ve already lost. Try to mulligan for the few payoff cards, Finley, Crusader, etc. Murlocs are your early game, Librams and Dragons are your late game.
