Since you aren't running the vendetta package anymore, what about running Bloodsail Flybooter instead of swashburglar? generates an extra card and it's really nice with Edwin. Faceless Corruptor also seems really good in this deck since its buffed by keleseth and you can turn a lackey into a 6/5 with rush. That has to be better than devoted maniac lol
Bloodsail does seems better than swashburglar. Faceless Corrupter would be such as good card in this deck but I feel like taking out an invoke card will make a fully buffed Galakrond almost impossible to reach. Maybe shark isn't needed in this deck, but I feel it's what gives this deck a chance against reno. What do you think?
hmm... you could maybe take out SI:7 Agent for corruptors instead if you are worried about Reno. You'll probably generate enough lackeys that SI:7 will feel pretty weak, and turning a lackey into a 6/5 with rush alongside another 6/5 is probably a lot better than a 3/3 deal 2 damage, or even 4 damage.
edit: What did you take out for corruptor?
I took out vilespine out for it as it seems too reactive. Corruptor is great removal plus a strong proactive play on 5
oh yeah that makes sense as well.
You may be right about swapping Devoted Maniac for Seal Fate, those two cards are just so bad. Personally, Edwin has never worked well in wild for me. You tend to spend many resources to make him big, only to then be polymorphed, hexed, devolved, screamed, or sapped. It may be worth a try though with all the 0 mana cards though. I also want to keep the vendetta package as it seems like the only way that rogue can survive against aggro like mech paladin, odd paladin, secret mage, even shaman, mech hunter, token druid, combo priest, odd rogue, and zoo.
Seems like Seal Fate makes much more sense than devoted maniac. Condition isn’t that hard to fulfill and it’s 1 less mana for 1 more damage. Sure, maniac can work with brann, but that’s super greedy for a tempo deck. Also, why no Edwin? You have a lot of cheap cards and you will draw 3-7 cards which cost 0 which is great with edwin.
