Play Eggs, use sacrificial spells to clear your opponent's board while developing yours, stall until the end. Rinse and repeat.

Tap is preferred over playing 2-drop Eggs. But play your Devilsaur Eggs on curve instead of tapping.

OK to play Zilliax, Meat Wagon on curve. Play Healbot whenever you can heal for 6+ Health. Don't forget you can Magnetize your Meat Wagon with Zilliax.

Save your symmetrical hard removal (Unwilling Sacrifice, Plague of Flames, etc.) in case you have a board you cannot deal with. Otherwise try removal through Power Overwhelming / Defile / Hellfire.

Scarab Egg + Godfrey = Board clear as long as one other minion has 5-6 HP. Nerubian Egg + Godfrey = Board clear as long as one other minion has 3-4 HP.

Watch your hand size when playing Runic Egg or Meat Wagon (which can pull Runic Egg)

Only play Hemet if you have Bloodbloom. Only play Thaurissan if you have both Bloodbloom and Mecha'thun.

Win condition is self-explanatory - just make sure you will have 4+ health (3+ if Cataclysm is discounted with Thaurissan).
