Hearthpwn

This is not a budget deck. In fact, the list is so strict that I think only 1x Potion of Madness and 1x Velen's Chosen are replaceable.

Aside from the generic inner fire combo package, here are some explanation for the card choices:

Potion of Madness: High tempo swing card by itself. Can be used to grab a minion for face damage or combo target. Twilight Acolyte makes this card can target any minion (that can be targeted).

Firetree Witchdoctor: A 2-drop, very flexible card, awesome and not to be taken lightly.

Netherspite Historian: Another 2-drop, more resilient, gets you more dragons. Her stat is actually better than witchdoctor's stat, because of Kabal Talonpriest on curve, she will most likely survive or be ignored.

Twilight Acolyte: Steal opponent's attack, enables Potion of Madness, ridiculously awesome albeit its simplicity.

Velen's Chosen: The best 3-cost buff for priest, bonus spellpower can work with witchdoctor's spells.

Duskbreaker: Board clear plus tempo in one card, cheaper than Excavated Evil, is a dragon itself.

Drakonid Operative: A dragon, a spy, not understated, give you more cards, historian's best friend.

I know the list is pretty standard, and actually it is not even my own. But I really love it and its arrangement. And I just want to share it with you. Hopefully you can enjoy the deck more than I did.

Please keep in mind that this deck is not simple to pilot, expect some trial and errors if you're new to it. Don't just keep inner fire for lethal, play it when the game state needs it, safe it if you know it should be better later.
