The set-up for the combo is as follows:
Your hand:
2x Power Overwhelming
1x Demonfuse
1x Voidcaller
1x (or 2x as a contingency) Doomguard
1x Dark Pact
1x Emperor Thaurissan
1x Drakkari Enchanter
1x (or 2x) Ectomancy
(that's 9 or 10 cards depending on how you want it)

The setup:
(9 mana) Play Thaurissan and Drakkari Enchanter [reduces your hand cost by 2].

The play:
(2 mana) Play Voidcaller, cast Dark Pact on it. It pulls Doomguard.
(0 mana) Cast 2x PO and Demonfuse on Doomguard. 5 + 4 + 4 + 3 = 16 Attack.
(4 mana) Cast Ectomancy and hit face for 32. Alternatively 8 mana to cast a second and hit for 64.

I guess the goal is to just sort of... Survive until you have the cards and your opponent has no taunts.

Omega Agent is there for value while you're setting up the combo. You can sub out another similar cost card for it if you like.
