Mulligan:

Always Keep: Loot Hoarder, Acidic Swamp Ooze

against aggro: Arcane Artificer, Frostbolt, Primordial Glyph

against control: Arcane Intellect, Skulking Geist

when you have good mana curve: Brainstormer, Electrowright (you can also consider keeping expensive spell for synergy), Stonehill Defender (keep any of those card when you have 2-drop)

Upgrades:

There are two ways how we can upgrade this deck:

1. Turn this deck to Big Spell Mage. This will change a lot of things in this deck because we can't include cheap spells (they should be removed and changed for sth else first)

2. Include more epic and legendary cards for better late game win condition.

Giggling Inventor (RIP) -> Meteor

Water Elemental -> Sindragosa

Water Elemental -> Dragoncaller Alanna

Electrowright -> Frost Lich Jaina

Frostbolt -> Doomsayer

Acidic Swamp Ooze -> Gluttonous Ooze

Cards that might be included:

Dragon's Fury - great board clear but you need to remove cheap spells in favour of those more expensive or add minions instead.

Arcane Intellect -> Acolyte of Pain (this helps when you want to include Dragon's Fury in deck)

Voodoo Doll - great synergy with Frost Lich Jaina

Arcane Tyrant - play this for 0 mana when you will play expensive spell

Baron Geddon - heal for a lot after you will play Frost Lich Jaina

The Lich King - dr.8 provides more value

Key kards explanation:

Arcane Artificer - helps against aggro decks, can generate a lot of armor to provide more time against aggro decks

Brainstormer - almost half of a deck is filled with spells, this means that we can get a pretty nice bonus to health points for this minion 

Electrowright - it's almost always a 3 mana 4/4. Helps in early board control.

Skulking Geist - this card is great. can counter a lot of meta cards and decks like: Play Dead, Hunter's Mark, Naturalize, Lesser  Jasper Spellstone, Cold Blood, Soul Infusion and Soulfire

Stonehill Defender -  can provide a big taunt minion like The Lich King  

Deck Introduction:

The idea behind this deck is to give opportunity to new players to test out a cheap control deck and also give few cards a chance (Electrowright and Brainstormer -no one played them before). Main plan is to control the board and wipe opponent board with cards like Blizzard and Flamestrike. Later when we will deal a little bit of dmg to opponent we can burst them with 2x Fireball and Frostbolt.

Nerfs:

Giggling Inventor should be changed for Tar Creeper or Sunwalker
