This deck is a Wild version of one I was playing in Standard prior to the Year of the Raven rotation.  It's a deck that has two was you can play it based on what you need, and both methods have hand buffing plays.  This happens with cards like Smuggler's Run, Grimestreet Outfitter, and Grimestreet Enforcer.  You also have two board buffing options through a single Sword of Justice and a single Blessing of Kings.  The other hand buff option is the deathrattle of Val'anyr.

Many minions in your deck will create copies of itself when played: Echoing Ooze, Saronite Chain Gang, and Doppleganster.  These are obviously great for hand buffs in general, however, they are also ideal targets for the Val'anyr deathrattle.  This is mainly because a transform or silence effect on one of your minions with the Val'anyr deathrattle does not remove the weapon from the game.  Also, if your opponent completely clears your three Val'anyr weilding Dopplegansters with something like Twisting Nether you get the weapon again, AS WELL as two immediate buffs to minions from Val'anyr's deathrattle (all three Dopplegansters equip a Val'anyr but two are destroyed immediately).

Cards like Paragon of Light, Wickerflame Burnbristle, and Tirion Fordring help protect your face, as well as healing you (Wickerflame, as well as Paragon after it's been buffed +1/+1).  Tirion seems a little off because you're focused on Val'anyr and his deathrattle replaces it with a different weapon, but sometimes that can be good by giving another minion in hand a buff and getting a 5/3 instead of a 4/2 weapon.

I haven't played this deck very much since remaking it today, but I imagine if you come against some super aggressive aggro deck it could be difficult.  The deck really has only one AoE in a single Concecration so your board control has to come from making good trades with your minions.

In an aggro matchup, you're probably playing buffed copy minions without Val'anyr equiped to them so you have minions on board to manage your opponent's board.

In a control match where you can afford to hold your coping minions, you play your other minions to maximize your chance of the deathrattle buffing them to then play things like three 6/4 Dopplegangsters that equip a weapon for you when they die for only 5 mana.

It's a really fun deck!  If you give it a try, hope you enjoy it.
