Heroic Noth the Plaguebringer - Mage's spell-only deck
Consistency: Super (win rate is close to 100%)
Introduction:
The idea of this battle is pretty straightforward - beat the boss without using any minions. You don't really have to waste spells on face damage since it is quite easy to gain significant fatigue lead against Noth. So just keep killing his creatures with weapons and spells. Very simple tactics and every class has enough cards these days to pull this out. In fact, I did it with a hunter, believe it or not. Yep, first try. And that deck had no healing at all.
Mage, however, is a natural choice, since he has more simple and effective spells than anyone else, so he is certainly one of the safest classes to tackle this boss.
General strategy:
As I already said, help Noth to draw whenever possible and kill anything he plays. A quite simple strategy, but you still need to preserve your resources and play around few things... most notably his secrets.
He has Counterspells, Duplicates and Ice Block. While Ice Block is useless, his other secrets are not! In fact, they may be quite dangerous, so be sure to play around them. If you will not be careful, it is possible to lose even with this super-consistent deck.
Deck composition:
Spells, spells, spells. All sort of direct, indirect and AoE damage. You don't need too much AoE on this boss, though, since he rarely will be able to go wide.
Vaporizes are used specifically to counter Spectral Knights. Don't use Vaporizes for any other target until both of the knights are dead. Potion of Polymorph and Explosive Runes can kill Spectral Knights too, if you are lucky enough to catch them.
Mulligan:
Frostbolt, Flamecannon, Forbidden Flame, Arcane Intellect. Also keep one Vaporize, it may be important. Noth is not an aggressive boss, so in most cases you won't need too much early defense. Don't panic if you draw poorly.
Tactic tips:
Spectral Knights are dangerous, since you don't have many ways to kill them. Usually it is a good idea to play either Explosive Runes or Potion of Polymorph on your turn 5. There is a good chance to catch a knight.
Once again, your main task here is to PLAY AROUND SECRETS! Specifically Counterspells and Duplicates. If you will let him to duplicate Spectral Knights, then most likely it's over for you. And use your cheaper non-essential spells like Ice Barrier to test for Counterspells before starting a pyrotechic show.
Help him to draw, but don't overdo it, if you are short on answers.
Consistency notes:
This deck only loses to your own mistakes. If played properly it always wins. However, you may need to play a game or two to figure out how to play around Noth's secrets and Spectral Knights, so don't feel bad, if you didn't win your first try. I didn't either.

Provided win rates are approximate. They are based on my tests and so partially depend on how lucky/unlucky I was during my testing. Also keep in mind, that you need a bit of experience with a deck to use it to its full potential. So first attempts usually have lower win rates, than suggested in this list.
