Posted Oct 29, 2023 (Fall of Ulduar)The high and low roll potential of this is off the charts. High roll like a boss, it hits something like Incanter's Flow twice. Low roll? It casts Volume Up twice and destroys your list.
Still, I like the concept well enough.
