I just got hives reading this ability.  Wild aside(which lets face it... this will be run in most Wild Mech decks), this is going to be a good swing turn minion.  If you have been able to reduce the cost of any mechs in your hand, this just got a bit scary.  Even the Standard Mech Mage gets a bit of play.  Giving it a power card like this to help make their board look more scary is significant.  

If there is going to be some other kind of reducer like Mechwarper, this will be seen a lot

As of now, the only card you really want off of this is Zilliax, maybe some boards want SP-3y3-D3R for the Stealth and stats, since it would cost 1 and could potentially protect your Flame Behemoth if you played it on 7. One deck that this could go into in my opinion is Mech Mage since they already have ways of discounting Mechs in their hand with Seafloor Gateway, and I think further discounting could be huge for combo potential with some of these new cards. Mech Rogue also looks like it might be a new Archetype, and this card looks like it could help Rogue too especially with Shadowstep staying in the game and other bounce cards to repeat that Battlecry and value generation.
