All I can think of is Wild players just waiting for the day they can shove this card into their Big Preist decks.
Rogue got a lot scaryer
Hope this will not be another OTK enabler. Blizzard did they say do not want to support them. Let's see the rest of the cards.
The OTK potential with cards like Prophet Velen and Malygos is clear, but getting those cheap OTK pieces will require playing Jepetto Joybuzz before drawing your combo pieces. Since that's no sooner than turn 8, you'll have drawn at least 11 or 12 cards from your deck (starting hand + 8 cards). It also means you're not playing other minions, which will make it hard to survive all the way to turn 8 even if everything else goes perfectly. The odds just look really bad if you want to rely on this as an OTK tool.
However, Jepetto Joybuzz seems like an excellent value tool for decks that already want to run minions whose battlecry or deathrattle value regularly outweighs their statline - cards like Mechanical Whelp or Faceless Manipulator.
People said the exact same thing about cloning gallery
Cloning gallery can be fetched with Shadow Visions meanwhile Jepetto needs to actually be drawn before the others.
Also, Cloning Gallery wasn't the core of the deck, it merely supported the general gameplan of resurrecting shit.
Gallery Priest isn't a full on high-roll combo deck, it just happens to do that sometimes. For Jepetto to work nearly as well you'd need an alternative way to OTK your opponent, which effectively would limit it to being a gimmick in Druid.
Mecha'thun instakill?
Maylgos, Alexstraza, Kalecgos, Antonidas. Need I say more?
You don't want this card to hit Kalegos.
While discovering a spell is good, the super powerful ability is each turn play a spell for 0.
For this reason, you want Kalegos to survive on the board the max time as possible, which is a lot easier to do with 12 life than with 1.
Of course, there are situations that you only need a little bit more of burst, and only need the 1st effect of Kalegos, but I believe these situations are a lot more situational, and therefore not something that will happen on a constant base.
But a 1 mana Alex, or Antonidas with cheap spells sounds a lot of fun!
Right but if you discover a 0 mana burn spell for 1 mana with a malygos/alexstraza that's pretty okay.
Who is in this card right-bottom corner?

I think that sometime during this year, this card could be played alongside one of these: Zerek's Cloning Gallery, The Boomship and/or Flark's Boom-Zooka
They are all focused on having big, impactful and expensive minions in your deck, which is exactly what Jepetto likes as well. The most obvious choice is I think priest, where we will still have Prophet Velen + Malygos
Malygos EVERYWHERE
Malugos EVWRYWHERE my dear friend woody
My god, even tho:
- this card comes down on turn 8 earliest
- it's not consistent which minions you have in your deck (but you could have multiple combo win conditions like Mecha'thun and Malygos to increase consistency)
- and you need to play an early game consisting mostly of spells to gain the most value/combo potential out of this card
this card will find a way with either Malygos, Velen, Mecha'thun, Hakkar or other combo enablers. You could also use this card to get insane Deathrattle synergies or to regain lost tempo with huge Battlecries.
I think this card will be very good in certain combo decks that can stabilize their early game with a bunch of cheap spells like Druid or Priest and might very well define the meta.
Potentially great with Malygos and Togwaggle's Scheme. If you draw Malygos first, you Scheme him back into your deck multiple times. If you don't, discount him first and shuffle both cards again for ALL the cards.
Turn 10: Malygos + Togwaggle's Scheme. Shuffle 2+ of these into your deck.
Draw 2 with Jepetto Joybuzz. Get +10 spell damage for 2 mana the next turn.
Okay maybe that's a little too slow, but after the rotation, this is something worth trying at least.

You have to draw 3 specific legendary
You have to spent 2 full mana turns doing nothing
To ultimately do an objective worse and 1 turn slower thing compared to simply using the "draw 3" treasure
well arent druid doing nothing on most of their turn right now?
