Yes let's give ice block to a class with a plethora of combo potential...
I'm pretty damn sure next set rotation Ice block is going to Hall of Fame..so why the fuck do they print a card like it? I know it's a classic card but this rouge secret might as well be classic because it's gonna be around for probably another 2 years...so technically Ice Block will exist in standard for alot longer now. Kinda stupid move if you ask me.
There is a lot lot of difference beetween this card and Ice Block, since this can be activated anytime, even with a ping, and you can die before it activates if you're low enough.
Also it will be in standard for about 1 year and 4 months.
Also "rouge".
Definitely a cool alternative for Ice Block.

Because of the other secrets players will likely attack with their lower stat minions first...
Soooo, if you play this with like atleast 5 health remaining, then I think you should be safe and ready to live another round.
It's very hard to actually evade lethal with this card, as you need to play it exactly one turn earlier and not die from one source of dmg. Mage makes much better use of this mechanic as they don't care about board state to win. Probably one of the best and most consistent uses of this card is to play it when your opponent has 3+ minions on the board with 10+ dmg and you have no minions to trade into, then it acts as a 2 mana Ice Barrier that can potentially block much more dmg. As this situation happens in nearly every game you're not already winning, pretty sure the card is worth a slot in miracle rogue.

Ok, so its a slightly worse Ice block. It does cost less though so I think we will see some experiments with it.

This is quite different than Ice Block. If your opponent can kill you with one attack or spell this secret won't save you because it doesn't prevent the damage.
So unlike Ice Block which will always guarantee you one extra turn, this only bides you time if you play it at the right time. If you play it at the wrong time (when your opponent is only attacking you with one minion or has no minions but can ping you) it won't do anything and you've wasted it. Essentially this card works as absorb/prevent damage card, not a gain an extra turn card, and it depends VERY heavily on the skill of the player to be good.
Mages, hunters or any other cheap minions/spells can ping one to the rogues face and the secret goes off. This is worse than ice block, we are talking about a secret that remains permanent!!
Yes, Ice block is better of course, but with this one, the rogue can gain 2 turn, it's huge !
I mean, people aren't going to be dumb enough to play this at 20 health. This is specifically designed to be late game. There are advantages to this card over Ice Block, because this card works to avoid or prevent damage, not to gain an extra turn. if you play this at 5 health and your opponent hits you for 5, you still die.

Great card. Stops OTK combos, shutdowns bloodlust just wrecking you in a turn and stops zoo decks when the board state isn't something they want to trade into.
It isn't Ice Block but that's probably because it's a different card for a different class...
This card doesn't stop OTK combos, it only stops OTK's when the damage is split over multiple cards! If you get an inner fire combo with a minion that has 30 attack, you still die! It's good vs quest mage and many other OTK's but not against all.
Well-designed card. Hopefully people will start playing secret Rogue and stop the Keleseth train.
