First Look at Hearthstone on the iPad
A video was posted on the Chinese website 17173.com from a Blizzard press event which contains a hands-on version of Hearthstone's iPad beta, which some media outlets have played around with. If you saw our datamined patch notes earlier this week, you may recall seeing a string related to the fourth testing season of Hearthstone which was described as being the "Season 4 in pre-iPad release". The other strings from test seasons referenced the open/closed beta itself, but this one is special. Test Season 4 is still ongoing on the live servers, and it looks like the iPad release should be hitting sometime very soon!
Here are some screenshots from the press event!
Deck Spotlight: Nox's Midrange Hunter
Earlier today, Noxious uploaded a new video and posted a decklist on his new Hunter Midrange deck which is up to date for this current patch (poor Tinkmaster Overspark)! The deck contains control elements such as Freezing Trap and Eaglehorn Bow, and also makes use of the Hunter staple card, Unleash the Hounds, together with Starving Buzzard for some insane card draw. Check out the deck below, and if you'd like to see it in action, check out Nox's video!

Jotto's Tournament Review
ManaGrind's Jotto has written up hisgot the video embedded below. Good luck this weekend!
Personally, I can totally see the Hearthstone interface totally working well for iPad.
totally.
I'd be excited for these pictures if that wasn't an ipad
Anytime anything happens on the internet with Android or iOS, a ton of people swarm in and complain that they want it, too.
I suspect Apple paid a premium to get this on iOS first. Fortunately, I own an iPad, so I'll be all set (looks like at the start of next month, given the client strings).
Apple doesn't pay anything. It's a well known fact that it is much easier to develop for iOS than Android. The Android versions will be coming after the iPad release as they've said all along.
Apple didn't pay a premium. It's much easier to design, code and test a UI that works on a platform that only has two possible physical screen sizes than on one where there's a wide range of different displays.
not gonna look for the quote, but I believe they said android would be Q3 this year (fall)
Blizzard announced its coming to Android at Blizzcon. Not sure that it will launch at the same time as the IOS version, but it is coming.
Very excited about the iPad release because that means it is ever closer to an android release!
What gives you that idea? Why would the release date for an Android version be tied to the iPad?
Careless about iPad since I am hardcore fan of android and don't have any tablet.
But it a good sign that some thing going to happen.
But how "hardcore" are you?
