nurgling13 - Card Design ChampionThis is a great example of how a simple card can still be a great design, with lots of synergies. Two 1-Cost minions from the same card means it’s going to be auto-include in any Hunter Quest deck, and can trigger Ravasaur Runt and Nesting Roc by itself. It also should work well in Zoo, and might even push out Possessed Villager. It’s also the most plausible way to get a big Ozruk, although I’m not sure that will see much play.
SanderNightsite - ModeratorThis is one of my favorite cards from Un'Goro. Hunter will have access to a lot of powerful 1-Cost beasts this expansion which makes Stampede incredibly powerful. It's also playable if you only have one beast in your hand because every beast you play recycles itself. It's a fun card and I can't wait to experiment with it.
Asylum_Rhapsody - Card Design ChampionI think Tortollan Primalist will surprise you despite its high cost and randomness. Most Mage spells, for example, have no target and can't backfire, including Blizzard, Cabalist's Tome, and all of those juicy Secrets. Plus, it reminds me of one of my favorite HearthPwn mods.
FrostyFeetEU - ModeratorI’ve really liked Mana Bind ever since I first saw it as it has great art coupled with an awesome effect. Forcing your opponent to play around it will generally work in your favor. The spells you’re getting will also help you with the Mage quest. I expect the card to see a lot of play, at least in my Mage decks.
CheeseEtc - Card Design ChampionSpikeridged Steed combines a great effect with great flavor. Worst case scenario, it's a (8) mana 3/7 Taunt that summons a 2/6 Taunt when it dies, which doesn't strike me as awfully bad (at least not in all matchups). Best case scenario you have a minion to play this on on turn 6 and you get a huge wall. Sadly I don't think it will make Paladin great again, but it's nonetheless a cool card with a cool effect that fits the class very well which, for me, is what matters the most. Also, turtles riding dinosaurs? Yes please.

Can we all just take a moment and appreciate the incredible art / background / layout this post / site has?
The progress is truely incredible! Comparing this to the previous onces!
I am truely Astonished!
Hats off to al the devs + co-workers!
Very well done!
It's definitely my personal goal to improve and make each compendium better than the last one. Thanks!
goal achieved!
although i think it will be really hard for the next one ;)
Omg, Hydrologist's voice is so cuuute
No love for rogue by the community? Sad.
I actually have big hopes for the new Miracle Rogue blizzard intends us to play, it seems nicer to me.
Most of the community will always say that rogue will be garbage before any expansion, no matter what.
No, rogues say that the cards they get are garbage, huge difference.
Miracle decks are around 80% Classic cards. That means that out of 3 expansions and 3 adventures, THREE cards see play ( 2 copies of each ).
Does that really look like rogue not getting garbage to you ?
Then tell me how Rogue gets to be tier 1 for every season every expansion?
Rogue is the Hearthstone cockroach class. It always manages to stick around and somehow survive amidst the fallout.
Rise, Rexxar, the king of SMORc!
Tortollan Primalist 22, Primalfin Champion 79. Democracy in action.
Paladin quest is complete shit.
Problem is not Galvadon, problem is getting the quest done, and putting all those buffs in a deck.
The problem is the Paladin quest was revealed early, before some of the cards that help the quest, like Primalfin Champion (which is meta defining) and the 1 cost Adapt buff.
So the rating is skewed.
That doesn't mean i am better or anything na.. but yes the paladin quest is trash. if you are playing against pirate warrior or any turn 4 lethal aggro deck... because half your deck is based on buffs with a little bit of removals like 4mana cons? 4mana truesilver super slow vs aggro that's why paladins didn't see any play in constructed NOW currently in the ladder %1 paladins...
You know how much work it is to get Galvadon? By the time you get him, you're dead. Not to mention, some people ran experiments with Volcanosaur and Brann, and there were a lot of times they didn't get the Windfury in the Adapt.
Here, let me imagine a minion that costs 20 mana, but is a 30/30 with "Invulnerable".
It's good, right ? I mean, 30/30, Invulnerable ? No, because you're never gonna play it ( Or in a sh*tty, gimmicky deck, which is the same ).
You will only get windfury and stealth 59.2% of the time, not to mention 3 attack buffs. The fact that you have a 16.8% chance of missing stealth after all the work is insane, let alone managing to get a couple attack buffs off.
Here is a link to an adapt simulator to see how hard it is too get this 0.24% Galvadon that you seem to think is 100% of the time rather than a 1 in 500.

Not getting stealth may be fine if you get spellshield.
