My guess:
"Battlecry: Adapt, then Adapt" = only the first Adapt is part of the Battlecry (With Bran: 3 Adapt).
"Battlecry: Adapt twice" = both Adapt is part of Battlecry (With Bran: 4 Adapt).
I assume the "optimal" wording is "Adapt, then Adapt, then Adapt, then Adapt, then Adapt" so that it is very clear you get to make 5 choices ( As opposed to "Adapt 5 times" that can be understood as "Pick an Adaptation, apply it 5 times" ), hence the Volcanosaur wording, but it's a tiny bit too long when you have to write it for 5 times.
The answer might be to suprise people. It was said on the interview that it will adapt 4 times with bran. The wording makes it sound slightly cooler.
One of the developers said they liked "Adapt, then Adapt" for Volcanosaur. It doesn't make sense to make Galvadon unnecessarily long just for that.

Elemental Shaman is gonna be insane tier 1 deck. Curve is from turn1 to turn8 same as Secret Paladin.
Paladin Quest: Make Paladin Great Again.
4 mana 7/7 for warlock PogChamp
About this paladin legendary: Considering it can't be targeted by spells of hero powers, there is Deadly Shot , Twisting Nether, Doom, Kazakus potions, Aldor Peace Keeper, Equality, Deathwing, and of course, enemy minions adapted to become poisonous, not counting Wild format answers or cards introduced in this next expansion.
Beast warlock confirmed.
something to consider: the average galvadon is the largest minion with spellproof we've ever gotten. even larger than soggoth the slitherer!
that being said, i don't think it's as game-changing as the other quest rewards, and probably won't be a build-around quest.
the adapt makes you ppick 1 out of 3 options it's not realistic to believe that you'll get 3 attack adapts consistently, it will msot likely end up being a multi-ability 5/8 mess, like poison, hexproof, taunt and deathrattle summon 2 1/1s
Or in Wild, a 14/5, windfury, stealth, divine shield minion.
I gotta say, this was the best episode of Wonders of Un'Goro yet.
By the might of Archimondes ass, we truly are blessed.
The Fire Elemental into Blazecaller curve is going to be pretty powerfull
And THEN the new Shaman legendary for a 0 mana fireball to the face.
