EDIT: No, it doesn't... Glimmerroot works different than I thought, the quests don't start in your deck sadly. :/ Wish there was finally a "F questlines" card.
Funny enough, I have found the thief tools much better in wild than in standard due to how some decks work.
For example, Chameleos helped me win alot of times back when Buff Paladin was everywhere. So not really crappy cards to add.
I would add this in a priest deck with Dirty Rat, Mutanus the Devourer, Disarming Elemental, Blademaster Okani, maybe a Quest Priest deck? It wouldn't be a tier 1 deck, but for sure a frustrating to play against deck and can be a pain for different combo decks.
This card will be better than people think(if control priest gets good) .
It's really just a more useful Mutanus/Dirty Rat(since you can discover multiple times).
Aggro: useless
Control: Good to ruin some of the opponent's value but not game-winning
Combo: Constantly trying to snipe the combo piece
In competitive play, you won't go for a full meme "steal your opponent's deck/hand". You just need to steal that one particular tool. If Mutanus got played, I don't see why this wouldn't.
(Now of course I don't know how many good tools priest has in standard for this. I was thinking about wild where we Have Chameleos, Madame Lazul and more)
It really just works as a more consistent mutanus/dirty rat.
If you are against aggro it's bad, if you are against combo you constantly try to snipe to combo piece; and if you're against control it's just usefull to destroy some of it's value.
I mean this starts to only be one of your emotional problems.
In 90% of the cases it will just be a 3 mana "Deal 3 damage. If the target die, summon a vanilla 3/3" because that most of the cards you can target because most are just an already used battlecry.
It's not Blizzard's fault that you created yourself an emotional vendetta against priest to play any reactive playstyle.
They are worth the aesthetic and animations, and that was always like this nothing more.
They are not diamonds or exclusive jewelry, they are a gif dude.
And also they were not a symbol of how long you've been playing, just a symbol of "i had 80 dollars to waste on a silly gif like the money whale i am". The "i need exclusivity to feel superior" doesn't sensitize me.
Again I think people grossly overestimate this card.
The reward is absolutely insane, that is true, but the condition is REALLY hard to fulfill. Killing minions off instead of injuring them is not a difficult thing to do, and will be #1 priority when you see the quest popping up on your opponent.
And about the "you can heal your opponent thing". Yes. Yes you can. You can spend 16 Mana on 8 Heropowers over 8 turns while actually doing a thing that's extremely negative for yourself. I'll be so happy if a priest actually does this against me. And gratefully bash their face in while they completely throw away the game.
You act like the only heal priest has is the heropower.

I will literally start playing Galakrond priest in wild because there is so much disruption now it's the only priest deck random enough to resist it.
Wait, they can steal my Galakrond.

This can get the Illucia treatment because,as aggro, you can empty your hand and after use this. But I doubt it'll be as problematic so is fine.

Does The Harverster of Envy and Curious Glimmerroot into the questline steals the questline?

Sorry but this really should annoy you as much as Mutanus or Dirty Rat do. You lose 1/2 cards.

Actually this card steals the minions from the board. The text is just awkward.

From a competitive plyastyle, it can be used in control to snipe combo tools and after steal them with this.

Eh.. priest has Holy Smite that is 1 mana.
The card is good, but I don't see any nerfable part about it.

Well they print reactive priest through rez and theft tools necause that's what priest fans enjoy.
Even in this combo-ish meta, there were alot of rez priest players. There are people hating it, but many more that love it.
You wouldn't play your favourite class if it's identity would be murdered, am i right?

What about Greater Healing Potion that already heals 12 health?
Or Divine Hymn/Circle of Healing that can finish the quest by itself + drawing alot of cards with Northshire Cleric?
Or Binding Heal + Injured Blademaster?
What if Zombie Chow/Mistress of Mixtures works with this quest?
Priest already spamed his decks with healing cards to defend himself from aggro.
