I believe this thread is about Battlegrounds, not the standard or wild game modes. If we were talking about those game modes, however, I would argue that Thrall, Deathseer is probably second to The Amazing Reno. This is because Reno has a lasting effect through the whole game as his hero power that will trigger (as long as you're living) at 0 cost and could literally be any spell that's ever been "printed" on a card. Thrall, Deathseer's Hero Power is debate-ably just as RNG if not more due to the possibility of any possible minion to exist in the Standard/Wild game modes; but due to it's 2-cost and reliance on controlling minions, I would say Reno just barely takes the cake on that one due to it's consistency.
By the way, super fun deck. I congratulate you on your initiative and love seeing a viable deck (and it's pretty cheap!). Also I never even considered the Ethereal Augmerchant + Arcane Watcher combo. BRILLIANT! You have my upvote
It's a decent deck if you get the right cards, but I find the deck to be a little too inconsistent. Not trying to bring hate, just saying what I've noticed. For a deck like this I am a little surprised that there's this many upvotes
Bulwark of Azzinoth is by not a fundamental aspect of this deck. While it is a very strong card in this assortment, I think it can easily be replaced with a second Shield Block or Iron Hide if you aren't looking to spend the dust on it. It works well because it can stall damage coming your way early game.
Kargath Bladefist, though not entirely necessary, is strongly recommended. Decks like this struggle greatly in early game and it's a card that can be played as early as turn 4 that also can take care of pesky little minions. On top of that, his deathrattle has huge synergy with the rest of the deck since he shuffles Kargath Prime in with the rest of your big minions. He's an 8 cost with Rush and the added benefit of helping you gain armor. This means he can also be recruited by Silver Vanguard. Assuming 2 copies are summoned with Dimensional Ripper, the worth on him is quite substantial in almost every case he's put on to the board.
Woecleaver, unfortunately, is also very important. I say unfortunately because most people dusted the card upon receiving it. I personally always liked it, so I never dusted it when I got it for free with Kobolds and Catacombs. It is one of the staples of this deck, and gives you an three chances to recruit minions. However, as I said before, this is mostly a fun deck. I would hate to see you use up a bunch of dust when it could be better spent toward the current meta.
If you're looking for suggestions to replace minions with other options, I recommend looking towards the bottom of the deck guide. There are more than enough suggestions down there.
I am considering creating a FULL write up for this deck. Would you mind if I put a link to your video towards the top? I feel like it would help us both :-) advertisement for the vid and a gameplay video to go with the deck :-)
Since this is mostly a fun deck, I recommend crafting legendaries that you will find use for in other scenarios (i.e The Lich King in a Hadronox deck or Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound in a Big Priest deck). For missing legendaries, there are also a lot of easy crafting options that work. Common cards like Deranged Doctor, Mosh'Ogg Enforcer, Living Monument, Sleepy Dragon, Burley Shovelfist, and Anubisath Warbringer have some great synergy. Epic cards like Splitting Festeroot and Big Bad Archmage are great options too if you want to commit some but not a lot of dust towards this. However, if you have the dust, Woecleaver, Y'Shaarj Rage Unbound, and The Boomship are the most crucial Legendaries in this assortment.

Have you considered using Maiev Shadowsong on your Squallhunter for a higher mana pool for spells when it awakens?

Probably will make an update soon if I get more upvotes, but I can almost guarantee that change will be made! Thanks a ton for the suggestion!
