The problem with Oakheart is it is basically useless in the case you have already played Keleseth. After some testing I decided not to drop it because there are so many games I've won with him when Keleseth was too late to be played. You can totally opt it out for anything that suits you better.
As for the early stages, I've been testing with a slightly different version of this deck and it performed quite ok. This is how you could test it without Oakheart and a stronger early game:
