I don't get why you guys say it's bad and just a meme card. It will not activate deathrattles, moreover in many situations your opponent's deck will be weaker. I can imagine that we will see this card in action.
IMO if your opponent has a heavy board by turn 9 and you have nothing, you are already dead. If not, you will have enough removals and minions to defend your ass.
Sadly this is the biggest problem with the mentioned card and the reason, why nobody uses it.
Sorry for the late. I though I will have patience for this, but currently haven't. I don't want to upload something less than I want. The guide will be finished during 10. Nov. before afternoon (CET) as soon as I can.
I hope the all the finished parts are a good way for everyone to start to play.
I will answer all the questions, but currently I'm a little bit upset. I wrote two freaking big essays to Matchups and Reasons behind choices. At the very end I wanted to look for a word in English and press Ctrl+T to find it. Of course I pressed Ctrl+R without any saves. Well played.
Stay tuned, I will write it again in 1 or 2 hours, just have to take a rest.
He will be a great friend of Prince Taldaram and almost guarantees a minion on the board next turn. You will miss that "2" Taunts, but if you can manage the game, you will love it :). In my opinion the spell is better, but it's an okay change. Give me feedback please.
I was started the climbing from Rank 11-12. Now I'm at Rank 4, but I played two types of decks during the climb, so it's hard to say an exact answer. I played much more matches with this one.
I wouldn't drop Patches the Pirate out, because you have only 1-1 two and three drop. You have to pressure at the beginning at least a little, and the "AYAY" yell does the job. Moreover Prince Keleseth gives him a buff many times, so his appearance will be scarier. Or you just draw and buff him and you can play a buffed charger pirate. I know you were asking for replacement, but lack of him is a big disadvantage. In this way I would build the deck more controlish. Sunkeeper Tarim and two 1-drop instead of the 2 other pirates can be a good replacement, but I didn't test it yet. Or take a Stonetusk Boar in.

It's a Death Knight, not a spell.

Less than half of the cards have been revealed and we have seen 1 Warlock card out of 10.
It's not the time to judge over the class, moreover the meta. It's way too early...

IMO the card more than playable, maybe very good.

I would take a Shadowstep in instead of Hallucination. Maybe add 2, but in this case you have to find one more card to cut out.

The guide has been updated. I hope I can finish the rest by 09. Nov. evening (CET).
edit: Again. More sections added and others have been updated. Matchups left.

A 3/3 body is not very bad and if you can copy Cobalt Scalebane, Cult Master, Grimestreet Enforcer or a Spikeridged Steeded minion in any good looking situation, he will provide you great value. These minions will be big, one of them will be alive. Righteous Protector is a correct target either if you want to play him.
