Rogue is weaker post K&C than it was last season. Still, it's a strong class, a properly piloted tempo rogue list should still win you 55%.
Kingsbane Miracle isn't very good right now, in standard. It seems like you are trying to make that deck work, but it doesn't work very well. When it does work, it's in the hands of someone who is really strong with the deck and makes very few bad decisions. The skill floor for success with the deck is pretty high.
Thanks for the kind words Evigrof, and for your thoughtful response -- I appreciate your support!
GratedWasabi, for the record, I don't think you were being rude, and I hope you don't think I was being rude in response. I also like the decks you were talking about, the new interactions, etc. I follow Disguised Toast and Kibler 100% for those reasons. But, right now, that is not my focus. Right now I'm trying to spur discussion and hit legendary again. I'm doing it with this deck, and I'm having good success with it. So, here are some videos. Watch them or don't. :)
BTW this deck is 'easy to play' compared to say, Razakus, just because there are fewer decisions to make, and therefore fewer opportunities to make the wrong decision. But, if you think it 'plays itself' or you can get a high win percentage by 'ignoring your opponent', you're 100% wrong. There are also new players who don't understand the deck at all. I had a person ask me on the deck thread why Sorcerers Apprentice was in the deck -- this is probably an obvious "duh" inclusion to most people who play the game, but to new players it might not be obvious. Videos like this help those players.
1: People also like decks that win. Right now, piloted properly, this deck wins. A lot. People played it pre-k&c too but it wasn't very good then, tier 3 at best.
2: The deck feels cookie cutter because there's really only 4 cards that you can swap out: Ice Block, Firelands Portal, and maybe Aluneth. So when 26 cards are kind of set in stone, the decks feel a little 'same' and what you do with those four slots becomes more important. People waste those slots on things like Corridor Creeper (bad in this deck and in tempo rogue IMO, good in Zoo / Aggro Pally / Shaman / maybe Dragon Priest w/ big spells) and I'm trying to steer them correct.
If you don't like the deck, don't play it. If you don't like my youtube, don't watch it. But don't question why someone would advertise a deck that wins a lot.
Hmm.. Medivh's Valet is really important to the deck (there's no other Frostbolt + free body in the game for 2 mana :)) and if I didn't have them, I think I'd consider playing a different deck, depending on what rank you are at and what your goals are. If I was trying to hit rank or above 5, I would pick a different deck. I also agree, it's probably not worth buying Karazahn just to play this deck at this point.
Well, this is at heart, an aggro deck. Sorcerer's Apprentice is an aggressively-statted minion at 3/2 for 2 mana. So, you can play her on turn 2 if you have nothing better to do. But, you can also play her turn 3 and then Frostbolt or Primordial Glyph for 1 mana. Or you can play her turn 4 along with a secret for 2 mana. Or you can play her turn 5 and Fireball for 3 mana. So, on those turns, it's like playing a 3/2 for 1 mana, which is really good! Late in the game, you can draw her off of Aluneth, and play her + Fireball + Fireball + Frostbolt + Frostbolt (unlikely I know, but you get the point).
Basically, this is a deck that really wants to curve out. Good body + Spell cost reduction = all of the curve.
What does your list look like? This deck is quite bad against Razakus, and sometimes you just accept the bad matchup. Razakus is like only 8% of the metagame, so why sweat it?

I would not add a pyroblast. If you want to add one, you should choose which card to remove.

I drafted a Paladin w/Call to Arms. Good card, yeah?
Well, my only targets are Grimestreet Informant, Grimestreet Outfitter, Ravasaur Runt.
"4 mana: Get a 1/1, a 1/1, and a 2/2, unless you drew any of them first, plus you really want to use the battlecry on all of them". Feels bad, man.

Read this thread where I ask the same questions and come to the conclusion Ice Block is worth it

Currently 30 - 5 with this deck and at Rank 3. It's the real deal, folks. It does struggle a bit w/Aggro Paladin.

BTW if you haven't yet, you should really watch videos 2 and 3 to get a feel of how to play this deck.

If you still want to try the deck out, there are cards you can sub in that might end up being good. You can try out Secretkeeper, Corridor Creeper, Cobalt Scalebane, maybe even Bonemare.
