    Are you sure? I just used devolving missiles on a divine shield minion against a paladin today and I saw the weapon’s durability go down. This was on mobile but i’ll screenshot if i see it again

    Can anyone explain to me why cards like Devolving Missiles and Revolve trigger Prismatic Jewel Kit’s effect? I don’t understand why transforming an entire minion would count as making it lose its divine shield and I’m starting to suspect it’s not supposed to take place this way. I haven’t tried using Hex but I am assuming that would also trigger the buff.

    Warlock feels pretty much the same to me rn. With all the discounts and stealer of souls shenanigans it’s hard to tell what really costs what since it’s all 0 mana or paid for in health anyway

    As other people already mentioned, Face Hunter is still effective after all this time and is dirt cheap. However, handbuff paladin is also top tier and this recent GM list seems very affordable.

    I understand the idea of slow, control decks having finishers. Like for example, both the original old gods and the new old gods were 10 drops designed to either kill the opponent or make them concede. The questlines could be finishers in that same vein, but most of them fail to do that because they are typically finished way before turn 10, which is absurd. I mean, not only are all the old gods unplayable right now, but every single card above 6 mana is dead as well. There is a sweet spot between a full on fatigue  and turbo OTK meta of which we are clearly learning too hard toward the latter at the moment.

    I agree with you 100% in that there are many issues across the board that this chart does not exonerate. It feels like the game is spinning out of control and became way too fast paced either with aggro or with the new combo archetypes

    posted a message on Quest Mage is unstoppable.

    I am extremely suspicious about those statistics. I have not played a single game against a Rush Warrior since the expansion released nor have I seen anyone mention it whatsoever. Are these statistics proportionate to the amount of games played? Quest mages could have significantly more wins than rush warriors on record but be brought down by bad players in bronze etc who don’t know how to pilot the deck. Either that or there’s some sort of silent majority I’m not aware of

     For a long time I have had huge issues with Face Hunter/Aggro Hunter. I think it’s been untouched for way too long and has been relevant or a top tier deck for years which is inexcusable. I also believed elemental shaman was given too many tools during the mini set and should have some of its buffs reversed. However, quests like Mage/Warlock or OTK strategies like Garrote should not be the alternative as they are even less interactive than all-out aggro. What i’m trying to say is that there is a serious problem across the board because the idea of reaching turn 10 without dying is basically a pipe dream right now.

     For ignite I at least would want to see how it would perform if it just shuffled another copy of the spell into the deck without the increased damage on top of it.

     I posted a thread with nerf suggestions for problem cards earlier today and this was my main idea for Incater’s Flow, as well.  Another person had suggested that it shouldn’t be able to lower the cost of cards to zero, which i also thought was a great idea. Now if only the devs would ever give either of those suggestions a shot is a different story

    I agree with the Apotheosis unnerf. This was unfair and uncalled for, but blizzard don't like slow metas and many players don't either. Renew is where it should be at 2 mana.

     I don’t understand why Blizzard would want to cater to high legend as opposed to the vast majority of players being that it covers a minute fraction of the playerbase and their level of play is too advanced to cater to the average player. There are often pocket metas and tech options present in legend play that are totally irrelevant to 99% of players. That kind of reasoning is why priest was hit last month although Deathrattle DH was clearly sweeping through most other ranks at the time.

     I have not heard the VS podcast but these ideas would be more in line with Iksar’s comment a couple days ago regarding mass nerfs and a “power level reset”. I know he implied that it would take place during the set rotation but I think the unrest and dissatisfaction regarding the “turbo solitaire” state of the game is too prevalent to ignore until next year. Basically, I believe win conditions and OTK combos should never be viable before turn 10 and that the design philosophy of the Stormwind set was a mistake.
