Ben Brode recently talked about the possibility of nerfing classic and basic cards or rotating part of them. For me thisis a delicate issue because it'd come to alter Hearthstone as we know it, from the idea of a core set to losing iconic characters from the Wow lore. This idea of a core set kind of gives Hearthstone an identity and i'd not like see Warsong Commander's nerf on Sylvanas or Rag.
My proposal is to limit the number of classic and basic cards you can add to your deck (at least for Standard), so in this way you'll be forcing players to put other cards into their decks. Seeing it this way you should even buff some or resurrect dead cards like Blade Flurry, Frost Shock or Multi-Shot to make them viable cards that show the mechanics from their classes.
Imp gang boss is a minion with a hard board presence so i think that tho most suitable replacement would be Harvest Golem or if you want to be more aggro you can use Argent Horserider.
Hi bro, i was wondering what deck i should use to climb the ladder and i decided to give your aggro shaman a try. Sadly my experience with it was bad, specifically for the tech cards you included: [card]Whirling Zap-o-matic[/card] and Huge Toad. The main problem i found was facing aggro decks (secret paladins, face hunters, zoolocks), if they were able to put the first body on board then the mentioned cards became useless. I just played 5 games and the statistics were 2w/3l. Maybe i had bad luck, maybe i don't have enough experience with the deck but i think Argent Horserider and Flame Juggler are way better options at least when you're having the matches i've said. Perhaps you can tell us some tips about the inclusion of these cards or against which matchups it's worth to include them.
Finally i thank you for posting your decks here, i've rreally enjoyed playing some of them.
In the first place thanks to everyone for taking a moment to try this deck.
I have to say that the people saying that this deck is not working is right, it was an improvised deck that i created just moments after the brawl started, so the meta has changed from that point. But it doesnt means that the backbone of the deck isn't solid, today i just took the main cards and made a few changes and i won 4 of 5 games that i played and that's what this update comes with.
This is a brawl deck so i wasn't really interested on keeping the deck updated, but i noticed that a lot of people was complaining about the deck wasn't working the way they expected, like they wanted a magic deck, an instant win or something in that style. So i tell them to not be passives deck searchers, dare to try new things, create and modify, and the most important : HAVE FUN.

I'll be glad to hear your thoughts :)

I'd run Gadgetzan Auctioneer instead of sprints and also add 2 Conceal. I think it'll be more consistent since Barnes will have more synergies and you'll be able to hide both (Gadgetzan Auctioneer and [card]Blood of The Ancient One[/card]) from threats.

I think you can get some value from Brann in this deck (Healbots, Drakes, etc), maybe running him instead of an Illuminator.
Anyway i'll give this deck a try :P
