A new version from me:
Cities have a special slot like OP mentioned. If cities are attacked they lose 1 durability (doesnt matter how much damage it takes).

Flame Leviathan needs complete rework, that's for sure. Uncontrolable hit to your face + showing the card to opponent isn't what you want in your deck.
Sure, the effect is interesting enough to be a legendary, but it feels like it's a slightly less crazy Millhouse.
About Bolvar, not sure, will have to wait and see.

This minion is summoned by Mimiron's Head when its effect works

Since the card draw happens during player's turn, and secrets only work during opponent's turn - the mine shouldn't trigger Ice Block
Or Eye for an Eye, but noone plays it anyway
4
Shadowflame is considered Spell Damage, not minion's attack
9
Pretty nice to get an unconditional removal, even with conditional cost.

The only real benefit I can think of is protection against Coldlight Oracle burn decks.
For anything else it's just too unreliable and dangerous.

With Bolvar you at least won't screw yourself.
But this card gives you absolutely no control over the timing of that damage - even the usual ability to simply not play a card is lost here.
I guess the benefit here is that this damage is absolutely free, but it's just way too risky.
Well, at least it has a chance to protect you from Coldlight Oracle combo card burn

Actually this scenario wouldn't summon Thaddius (unless other player played them before) - if you read deathrattle carefully you notice that it only happens when other minion has actually died this game.

It feels like there should be an Ogre in this card's picture

Like all other "whenever you summon a minion" or "whevenever you play a card" minions, it's safe to say that it won't get Divine Shield from itself, only from minions summoned after it.
