You have to think before use this card, because "last spell casted" can be any spell (e.g. a Coin, or a spell from you opponent), I guess it's pretty powerfull in the right hands, but in the wrong hands it's like "why I got a Grim Rally instead a Blizzard?"
Next: A card based on your favorite song.

Duskfallen Aviana+This->next turn free TGT Aviana->Nerf
Next chose a card that never sees play and make a card with a broken interaction that makes it OP.
2
Next: A card that enables a 4+ card OTK combo that doesn't already exist.
Preparation:
Equip the Twig of the World Tree and get durability of '1', play 'Bomby' folowed by Splintergraft, so you get 10/10 Bomby
Kaboom:
Play Ixlid, Fungal Lord and Spiritsinger Umbra, break the Twig, Play Bomby... 40 dmg
or
If your opponent Health is below 20, you can Innervate + Naturalize for 20 dmg
or do both if your opponent plays armor warrior/druid.
There can be other ways, with other classes i think (not to mention Da Undatakah)...
NEXT: Duskfallen Aviana begging you for mercy! Make a card to end her suffering!

Decided to go for something that would synergize with other elementals as well.
Next: A card that enables a 4+ card OTK combo that doesn't already exist.

I made this a while ago but I made a typo and was too lazy to correct it until now.
Next a card to replace Tar Creeper in standard.

How can I downvote this article?

That 1 turn Stealth is pretty big. You can set this and can easily play 10 mana worth of battlecry minions next turn, like C'Thun.

I had this already done so why not (Curse of Fear is another collectible card, that's why it has Warlock border).
Make a card that makes something ordinary feel extremely cool. Like Light Yagami eating chips.

Quote from ragnarosismyingameusername >>Next: A card with a BALANCED "kill the enemy hero" text
Even giving this windfury means 3 turns of this being up and killing things, and if your opponent can't remove a 10 mana minion in 3 turns, I feel like it's fairly reasonable to kill your opponent outright. Plenty of counterplay by your opponent as well, just don't play minions, or destroy this card, silence this card, freeze it, etc. a lot can go wrong with this card, but if someone you can pull it off, it pays off.
However...... my real card was actually for before, with the START OF GAME effect...... I present.....
I wanted an interesting idea that I haven't seen too much of, and I like the idea of giving Aggro Decks an opportunity to have some creative deck building. Doing some math on decks, most Aggro Decks float around 65-75 mana, Midrange anywhere from 70-85, and Control is usually in the 90s. The effect is fairly weak, but one thing Aggro usually suffers from is running out of steam, and using this card supplements their hand right from the start, getting the outrageous combos faster, or just getting that 1 drop more often. The card itself isn't strong, on purpose, but I think this might enough of an impact that some people will consider it when building an aggressive deck. And who knows, given the right cards, this may even find it's way into Midrange or even control if they go low enough.
NEXT: A card that Aggro, Midrange, and Control might want to use in their deck for different reasons.

Not everyone...

Didn't see the previous post at first - sorry about that.
Next: A card that would help a win condition with Hakkar, the Soulflayer. Requires some thinking :D
Thanks OpenHU - edited! :D

Alright - heres my idea.
You play this.
You play Myra's Unstable Element(Until your hand is full) and Shadowblade with Corrupted Blood in deck.
After you finish taking infinite damage, you end up with 60 of Blood.
Togwaggle.
EDIT: Did I miss anything?
SECOND EDIT: Apparently some are still not getting it, and I think explained badly.
Myra's Unstable Element sets up an infinite cycle of Corrupted Blood, and Shadowblade saves you from the damage. Once Corrupted Blood stops (which it will at some point), you Togwaggle the decks.
SO the board would look like this - your Corrupted Blood Deck infinitely duplicating itself (and you drawing the remainder of your deck), then Togwaggle the deck to your opponent, end turn and he draws the 60 Corrupted Bloods. 180 Damage, possibly more.
I AM NOT SHUFFLING A SINGLE CORRUPTED BLOOD INTO MY EMPTY DECK AND TOGWAGGLING. IM PRETTY SURE THAT WONT WORK.

@Zom_
In the game, your cards would be texted like this:
Battlecry: Destroy a minion that wasn't played from hand (be more specific here). If you do so, gain -3/-3 (should be something like starting off with 3/3 and getting +3/3 if you don't destroy). (A little weak)
Second card: Cast a random spell that costs 1 mana. Repeat for all other mana costs. Targets chosen randomly. (Should totally be for Shaman tho :D)
Second off, completely off topic. :D
Also what's next?

I would have quoted the previous "Next" but didn't want to touch the card.
Flavor text: No! That's mine! Give it back!
(I don't know if Caillou ever said that but he probably did)
Next: A classed giant, preferably not Warlock or Mage. It has to be an 8/8 and with a reducing cost mechanic.

"Ready for a battle that's out of con-TROLL?"
Best pun ever Blizzard.
Where's my gun?

Pretty sure this is gonna get broken.

Thresher + some Floop Goop = Woo!
I am so using this.
Next: A rogue card associated with burn.

Yeah. Upvote if you like!
I'm not normally like this, you know. I'm just really feeling pumped on my custom expansion right now.
But I mean Blizzard could actually implement this type of card into the game, you know? They put in Leeroy Jenkins, after all.
Then again, that was back when Brode was boss.
(Brode is still boss, just not here.)
Flavor Text: The people in charge of worshiping Elune decided to set up huge bells to wake up the nearby villages in time for worship. Upon receiving bad reviews on Yelp, they melted them down 3 days later. "But," they wondered after, "what are we ever going to do with all this lead?"
So...
Next: A nerf (or buff) to a card in the game - you don't need art.
1
No?
Ok.
Notes: Stealthy Reload rewards you with cards for generating cards. perfect for some kind of Deathraggro Rogue, with Violet Haze. It's more complicated than the next one.
Sorry for the double same-class cards - I specialize in Rogue. :D
Next: A Fal'dorei spell.
BTW, next set is Fal'dorei themed. Proof is the new cardback - Moonwell - and the teaser for the upcoming expansion. Compare (3rd Expansion). Moonwells, in WoW, restore energy to Night Elves.
