Comparing cards dealing damage with same cost, a mage's is the best in most cases.
But for balance, a mage can't swing a big axe at someone's face. :D

Eh, your minions seem too few when no duplicate or echo of medivh in your deck.

This card performs well against aggro decks, especially used by priest who has a lot of measures to avoid its quick death.
And I'd like to see it when his demise pulls out a Big Game Hunter :D

I also made this mistake too ...
Big damage in a turn if you're lucky, or huge damage if very lucky. Well. this deck depends how lucky you are.
If the probability of each minion to be selected is the same, there are about 80% chance to get a minion costing more than 2 mana.
Getting a 0-cost minion is really really unlucky. :P
Enemy hero's attack will trigger it, such as a rogue's dagger.
second turn: coin + mukla, give your opponent a big prize!!!
Work pretty good for me (Rank 11 - 12), i don't have Leeroy Jenkins so I use Reckless Rocketeer to replace it. Win rate above 60% but a bit lower against Shaman.

Its only weakness is that it can't counter AOE spells, and that's a big one.
