correct, if I have 9hp left I can't cast pyroblast even with Violet Illusionist or animated armor. I still find IB useful but only run 1... if the opponent is down to 1hp or they don't kill my illusionist and go for the kill, I can potentially still kill them next turn with hero power, VI, or some 1 mana spells
oddly enough, I've played around 10-15 brawls so far any only 1 mill druid. Surprisingly, I've gone against more unique decks in this brawl than the "top 2" one, with the only decks I've seen twice being a deathrattle rogue and mana worm mage
has been a pretty solid addition to my murloc pally as well. Give's additional minions that force opponents removal, more trade options, and more damage to face. Sometimes I'll get a dead card (like lorewalker) but overall he's a fun addition.
made a similar deck but not running loot hoarders, have curator and a keeper of uldaman. I also dropped 1 acolyte and put in price malchezaar just for fun. Probably not as reliable but fun to see what malch brings.
I haven't tried this deck, but I haven't seen any priests with swp, none of the mages I've played run fb, and I haven't even seen any warriors. (around 15-20 brawls played, not a lot, but most of the matches were againt mage or druid)
I built a similar spell based yogg priest, worked surprisingly well...the yogg moments are hilarious. I only have yogg and 2xsoul priest, but I might try to fit the summoning stone in, could help mid game.
My last game against a warlock: after he played blood of the ancient, which I couldn't clear, next turn faceless manip and behold 30/30 with me now at 9 hp with him at 28...yogg = tons of secrets, gang up on his ancient one, lots of mage cards, random other shit. Vaporize and Frost trap being the key saviors...bye bye ancient you're now 11 mana. He twisting nethers on his turn, my turn i draw ancient one, he's out of clears, game over.
made this hybrid of miracle rogue and the ragnaros->faceless druid combo...spells mostly for draw/removal, haven't lost yet almost 20+ wins fun to play, almost doesn't matter what cards I start with

Just played bloodreaver which summoned 3 including UA and it didn't do any damage to me, just fyi.
Edit. it apparently does matter which ORDER they are re summoned in.

summons for you, just played mirror against a priest that got it. My minions that he killed were res'd for him to use

I think his "6 mana" is coming from playing barnes on turn 10 for an otk

Wanted to make something that went along with Yogg
