Hmm, I saw this deck a while back. If it's updated for BRM, is it viable enough to hit Legend in this meta?

Xzirez posted a message on Bloodlips Top 1 EU Tempo magePosted in: Bloodlips Top 1 EU Tempo mageThis is what happens when "random" makes cards cost 1-0.5 mana less and op cards are never nerfed. Shredder should not be a four drop but since random its a four drop And dr boom, scientist, portal, rag and loatheb are all insanely strong. All decks can become a zoo deck now just add some of these op cards to a deck and you will have 3/4 of the deck . Even aggro decks can run boom and shredders now. I also played this type of mage to #2 a couple of days ago and its power is all in the tempo the mana reduction these op cards hold. And on top of that if your lucky with boom, rag, scientist and shredder rng it becomes even more of a tempo advantage. Most of these cards should cost 1-2 mana more making the tempo you gain insane. This is same for almost all decks nowadays but this deck in special there all built around these op cards that go 2 for 1. If you keep track of cards played and drawen you will see that the more of these op cards you play the more you win. Great game design .....-_-

And i ended up winning! amazing deck man!

i have found that I dont really like MotW :)

Force of Nature is a win condition...it will be extremely difficult to make this deck work without it.
Maybe try Ragnaros the Firelord and Faceless Manipulators?
Kobold Geomancer could work fine, just as a Loot Hoarder would

+1 will be adding youtube videos asap..this way noone misses them..

+1 " It works quite well, if your opponent is a little bit experienced he will play assuming you have two copy of those cards, which is destabilizing for him."
Couldn't agree more with this statement
Toolbox deck...I like that!

You put a lot of sentences based off my words in my mouth...
The response was to a post of 7 words...
He said "Not a fan, lost alot of ranks."
What did you expect of a response to this...there was no constructive criticism, just a statement in which the poster was obviously not doing well..
Did I really answer him in a negative way? I told him to practice more in casual, or try a different deck...there wasn't a mean word in my response. The only thing here that was mean is your interpretation of my thought processes as I answered him...
You misread the tone of my response.

+1 for your post
Again I understand what you are trying to say.
I also don't think Hunter's "need" 2 x Tracking..
You said winning with a certain setup doesn't make it right....again I have to disagree with you here.
When I won NY Magic back in 1995, I did it with a Eureka deck that noone has ever seen before, and took 1st place...14 out of the 16 finalists for this tourney ran the classic 5 color combo deck with powerful cards from every set..(Keep in mind I was playing vs people with Power 10 cards, as there was no "standard" back than ;p) I guess what I am trying to say here is that my decks usually think outside the box, which is exactly what this Hearthstone deck is....
Also never underestimate throwing off your opponents game when they start seeing cards in conjunction with each other that they can rarely predict. :)

Stampeding Kodo over Druid of the Claw situations?
Vs a Zoo deck....vs any deck that drops Deathlord...Doomsayer...etc?
I also have never had as much consistency in any of my prior decks, so while I do see your point, I strongly disagree with you based on my results...
One thing you didn't take into account is that when you have a decent amount of draw you could potentially be holding a Druid of the Claw and a Stampeding Kodo. More options always equals more skill. The consistency will come from your ability to increase your draw engine so that you actually have these multiple options in your hand/ Considering that some peoploe here ran 19-0 with this deck before losing doesn't show much credence to your idea that the deck would lack consistency based on running 1 copy of cards that every player feels they need 2 of. The flaw in your thought process again is that drawing many cards gives you additional options...when you have different roads you can cross instead of fewer roads, your decisions do become more difficult, hence the higher skill cap.

absolutely I shall! :)

Best Gothik deck out there, well done...I too removed Cenarius and AoW for Poison Seeds

Only real substitute here is a Kobold Geomancer or a Novice Engineer....unfortunately for you, Bloodmage Thalnos can give you an answer to both of these potential board problems...you would have to pick one of them based on what you feel comfortable with
