Hieronymus_Khan posted a message on SJoW's Legend Mindblast Control PriestPosted in: SJoW's Legend Mindblast Control PriestThis deck is sooooo goooood! I found that it had two weaknesses during my run, which may have more to do with me than the deck. Hunter in is a tough match-up, unless it is spell hunter, which it obliterates. Also, I was decking myself against some control decks. So, I subbed in Archbishop Benedictus for one Wild Pyromancer. I had some difficulty drawing spells to use for Pyro sometimes, anyway. After that, I hardly ever dropped to a control deck. After the one change this deck has been outstanding against aggro, control, and everything in between. It is my new favorite deck. I call it MBP, bc it is the priest mvp, but it could be an acronym for Mind Blast Priest, or Most BadA$$ Priest. Thank you for posting.

Wailor posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition 8.20 - Discussion TopicPosted in: Fan CreationsAlright, after writing a Bible of feedback, I'll go with my second batch of cards.
First, we have a reworked version of Chain Lightning, just as @Vilegloom suggested. I was about to set the cost to 3, but I thought it would be too bad like that.
Purging Flame is a tech removal that is also decent against non-Deathrattle decks. I think this might be my best card, but flavour is a bit bland.
Finally, we have Tribute to Hir'eek, because Void Contract wasn't enough over-the-top. I'd go with this card, except Bloodbloom makes it too strong, I think. Otherwise, it's really hard to pull off.

Good for just tutoring and getting cards you need.

Azshara posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition 8.20 - Submission TopicPosted in: Fan Creations"Never feed a Wolpertinger after midnight. Feel free to get it wet, though."
The idea for this card is that it starts off as a sub-par minion, but if it's able to survive Overkilling a minion, the Wolpertinger transforms and becomes more powerful. This makes it an effective answer to early game 1/1 minions! Buffing this minion can help activate the Overkill effect, but it'll lose those buffs upon transforming, so choose wisely.
Since it pretty much transforms into an Ironfur Grizzly , I elected not to create a token.

UndeadRebel13 posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition 8.20 - Submission TopicPosted in: Fan CreationsDruid is well known for having poor removal, and this card pushes the envelope a bit. For the same rate as Starfall , you can kill a larger minion, or you can get yourself a good number of tokens from a smaller minion. This is card may be more similar to Living Mana than Starfall though, since you can use it on a 1-Health minion to summon 4 Treant s without losing mana. However, this card is much more limited with a maximum of 4 tokens, and requires a minion with very low Health to get that many.

This is an iteration of one of my favourite cards for priest - Curious Glimmerroot .

Nice pun, but i would rather call it Shmurlock Holmes to be better linked to the original name. Also, the downside of the card seems a bit too strong for the opponent ( if what you mean by the text is to give the other 2 secrets to him).
Also, the art is top notch!

Remember when Sludge Belcher was staple in every Control Deck. Vanilla Hearstone players remember :D

There is a section on the General Discussion Forum about the Ugliest Cards so you should check that up before wondering which card has bad art :D

This just crossed my mind and had the spare time to search for a proper art. In short, it is a Legendary for the Mad Bomber - Madder Bomber - Bomb Lobber and so on - theme in which you have to play cards that deal damage randomly split or a chunk of damage to a random minion/enemy/character. The upgrade triggers on the activation of the effect, not on 1 random damage dealt .. meaning you have to play 2 cards that have the specific battlecry for the card to be upgraded.

I read/watched a good amount of manga/anime and always saw the country farmer boy with a straw hat and long arms and thought what idiotic manga that should be .... until i started, from curiosity, reading the manga and it is the only one i still read today. You are not going to regret it. I recommend reading it first and after that watching the anime.

So Berserk is one of the people's favourite (also mine) it seems. but i would like to recommend also:
Gamaran, Feng Shen Ji, Kingdom, Boku no Hero Academy, Tokyo Ghoul, Ubel Blatt and also, for those who love Berserk, Priest manhwa (it isnt finished sadly)& Shin Angyo Onshi. Have a good time reading ;)

Goldshire Footman anyone ?

Hope you like the idea & hope it wasn't posted before somewhere. This is my 2nd time participating. Any feedback is welcomed.

Nope, not quite there yet. Maybe it's not a minion? :D
