    Reno is being rotated out first expansion, killing Reno decks and so Kazakus doesn't need a nerf.  Ditto to [card]Drakonid Operative[/card].  Most of the dragon synergy cards for priest are being rotated out as well, so that deck will be significantly weaker. 
    My bet is ST Buccaneer and Spirit Claws, with a couple of cards from classic being rotated to wild like Auctioneer.

    Small-Time Buccaneer will be nerfed for sure.  Spirit Claws hopefully will be nerfed as well.  Both card's conditions are too easy to hit, making them overpowered as 1-drops.

    I hope Auctioneer rotates to Wild to free up design space for Rogue (and then given new cards to compensate).  It's not an OP card/deck , but that card defies "fun and interactive" and needs to go.

    As for dusting, I never dust any cards until they are nerfed.  Got about 4000 dust during the major nerfs when Standard was introduced, and I have 12K dust in duplicate cards that I haven't dusted.

    Yeah, I played Renolock wild vs aggro warrior the other day, played Second-Rate Bruiser, Dreadlord, Sludge Blecher and had Reno in hand, and lost before I could play Reno.  I even had my acidic ooze and Ancient Healbot in my hand as well but couldn't play them.

    Three taunts, a total of 6 anti-aggro cards, and still couldn't hold out until Reno.  That's busted.
