Really fun deck, I like it a lot. It feels more refined than many N'zoth lists I've tried, and the dragon package is really the only way to play priest, seeing as their early game is so bad right now. I figured I'd discuss some potential additions to the deck based on my experience playing it from rank 15 to 5. I'm not quite sure what you would take out (I've seen many priest lists are removing Northshire Cleric and Cabal Shadow Priest, but I'm not sure that's a good idea in this deck, they've put in a ton of work for me) , but I would like to see Entomb in here because it is extremely important in the meta right now. With all the Old gods running around, it's a very powerful inclusion. Another card I really want to see is Justicar Trueheart there were many times I was in a late game war of attrition, and I was unable to play my 10 drops because I needed to heal every turn to stay afloat, and Justicar could really help with that. I certainly don't think there's room for him in here but Emperor Thaurissan would be nice to offset Deathwing, Dragonlord ,Ysera, and N'Zoth, the Corruptor. This would fix the situation above where I can't really get off a heal and one of them in a pinch situation. Finally, I feel Brann Bronzebeard could find his way in the list, there is certainly enough battle-cries to consider it.
If you are going to be one of those kids that screams "SHIT DECK" in all caps because you are garbage at the game, no one will pay attention to you. If you feel the deck is bad, leave some constructive feedback.
A fun bit of removal with a healthy dose of RNG to shake up the board state. I could definitely see this run in some sort of Mid-Range or Control Paladin list. The mana cost probably needs a bit of balancing, but I feel it's weaker than Twisting Nether and quite a bit stronger than Assassinate
I realized this after writing, and I mentioned it somewhere in another comment, but you are playing at rank 5, while at the time, I was playing at rank 15. I saw almost no aggro, it was all cthun mirrors, and the occasional beast druid. After tech'ing some cards in out, I managed to adjust it for the meta I was seeing, and I shot up to rank 11.
Something I realized after reading through what was written, is that the meta he's designed the deck for at rank 5 is different than what you and I are seeing at rank 15. I was having similar luck as you, and then I tech'd some stuff in and out to adjust for what I was running into and I immediately shot up 4 ranks.
In my testing Cabal Shadow Priest is entirely too dead. Across 18 games, it's taken something literally once, and it was something of no consequence. So I -2 Cabal Shadow Priest and then I +1 Doomcaller, he's entirely too important to leave out. You say he's not necessary but I respectfully disagree. I also +1 Sylvanas Windrunner, she is a massive threat on the board that often deters opposing C'Thun decks from dropping him without pause.
Great Deck, should have won on my first try, but I failed to read your advice of only playing one shade. Otherwise it was a guaranteed win. Edit: Got it on my 3rd try
Decided to try climbing from 20 this season with this deck. I normally play aggro till about rank 12 since the games go faster, but I have been having a ton of fun. The deck is very effective vs the strange decks people run lower on the ladder, as well as your usual aggro swarm decks. It also does very well against some of the meta decks I've seen as I climb. So far I'm 13-2 and I've played my golden monkey 4 times in 15 games.

why no mention of Warhorse Trainer or Justicar Trueheart? I run into them fairly often on the ladder, and they put in a ton of work
