Raza priest actually was the reason I stopped playing for 3 months back then. I don't understand how people find any fun playing that deck.
Raza pirest was not fun but at least you could rat out some of their better stuff or outheal them. Compared to big priest and quest priest now, it is a very welcome sight. Nothing makes the game less fun as a control player than getting a good idea for a deck then having to constantly face big priests on ladder. I literally made a deck just to hex and devolve all priest minions but I still went 0-2 wioth it because eventually they got one guy to die and then of course every time they hit the 2 mana resurrect card, it would pull their good minion, out of a pool of 10 worthless ones.
Disenchanting all of your wild cards to be a part of the pre-determined, net-decking, zero creativity Standard meta for the rest of your miserable hearthstone existence? May satan be merciful to you in your afterlife.
Vargoth shouls be nerfed, tbh. Between quest mage and big priest, it's incredibly obnoxious, at least so far as I'm concerned. Since everyone says quest mage can win without vargoth (and big priest certainly can, too), nerf vargoth to 6 mana, seems just fine to me.
Don't blame Vargoth for Time Warp and the shit ton of priest res spells and minions out there. Those are the things that make playing big priest and quest mage boring, not Vargoth.
Returning from a few expansion break from Standard, I decided to make a burgle rogue type of deck for fun and test it out in Casual. Low and behold, the same face hunter decks I have been facing in Wild started to pop up over and over and over again. Hunters have a bunch of different decks in wild, so you're not always guaranteed to face an ultra aggressive face hunter, as there are a few spell and quest hunters and various more mid-range decks available, so I didn't even get that tired of Face Hunter in wild since it's pretty easy snacks for a Reno deck with not terrible draw.
After playing casual all day, I feel terrible for anyone with an IQ above 55, who is trying to actually enjoy Standard (and the game) and has to keep facing these decks all day on their grind to whatever rank they want. But I don't really blame the players since Blizzard have ruined Standard Hunter to the point where the class has no alternative to super aggressive face decks, since Blizzard doesn't print any control cards for it, or throws in a one-off control card into an expansion that then gets put into aggro deck fors win more value anyway (IE DK Rexxar and The Newer Hero Card) because it has nothing else to support it in a control deck.
To conclude, I don't blame Face Hunters personally, for doing what they are doing but more so the sad state that your daddy Blizzard has left you, when he went for that pack of cigarettes a year ago, never came back and left the alcoholic and abusive step-dad in charge. But I do blame the people who take face hunter to Casual to bully new players and ruin the fun for anyone trying out fun decks there.
PS. Anyone who comes here to claim Singleton Dragon Hunter deck is not an aggro deck, should just not bother because we both know that's not the truth.
Any of the reno decks are usually a pretty decent counter. Also, I know you're trying to be fancy with the Steamwheedle Sniper but there's literally a 1 cost card that does the same job now
Chaos Gazer never feels bad to play but I guess it is the meta, where there's not a lot of expensive things being played (at least in my experience) and I always end up hitting their coin or the one card they can just play on curve anyway. I think out of about 20 hits, I've only ever managed to discard 1 of my opponent's cards. It definitely does not fit in the disrupt warlock in wild, as I thought it would, at the moment it fits into aggro more.
Prince Keleseth crafted this after watching some Trump videos, never got the same results
Deathwing, Dragonlord Thought it would be insane in a dragon deck but it just gets polymorphed or hexed...
If I remember correctly, Trump used Prince Keleseth some kind of control Mage deck, which is not what it was ever meant for, it's for aggro decks and it's fine in those, so you just need to look at him from a different angle
It's awesome but I cannot climb with it because of the prevalence of retardo decks like Embiggen Druid and Galakrond Rogue though >: (
I love that card, I ended up just crafting it and it's very fun but I would not recommend crafting it to someone who is just starting and lacking legendaries. It only has a few things it can turn into that are really OP, like Hireek and the new Warlock guy who increases your hand size to 12 and draws you 4 cards. Other times it can just be a good 5 drop but any card that shifts in your hand is not very reliable
For me, I wanted Raid the Sky Temple. I didn't believe it would be powerful, just fun. On the first day of Saviours of Uldum, I opened it and in golden version and made a Highlander Quest Mage. Still till this day I use it in that deck, with the addition of dragons, of course.
Also got Heistbaron Toggwaggle, on one random day and it was a card I didn't know I needed because I'm F2P player with little collection, but I pieced some cards together into a deck and it was a missing piece.
Others are Zephrys, Dragonqueen Alexstrasza and Tess.
Lol all of your "Other" cards are the ones I crafted on day 1 lol. They just seemed super fun off the bat and I only got a little disappointed by Tess, just because the meta is too fast for it to be good.

So basically 0 mana pyroblasts for tempo Mages now

A new class just solely and blatantly aggro off the bat... Yeah, sounds so fun

Nah, that will probalby never be reverted thanks to Defile, it would be a guaranteed board clear for 6 mana.
