Wild as a whole is broken, nerfing 2 strong cards won't do anything for how the format plays out, there are literally hundreds of OP cards and more importantly combinations of cards.
I say 2 cards because Blood of Ghuun and Celestial alignement are nowhere near broken. Big priest rant is typical noob behavior.
And your arguments are pretty weak for someone who pretends to be an experienced wild player. Arbor up being a 5 mana 8/6 in your mind is fascinating when most of its power comes from buffing existing minions and not droping two 4/3s on the board. Blood of ghuun being broken because "free 5/5" really ? How is 8 mana free anyway ?
And yeah, ice block is strong and frustrating, but an experienced wild player would know all the many ways you can play around ice block, with tech cards, counter decks and legit skill.
Well atleast tell me one deck that counters quest ignite mage if you are that experienced.
I would think Odd Defend the Dwarven District Hunter would do well. Outputs a lot of damage and often runs 2 Flares
There are rewards and a quest for ranking up and not everyone has hours and hours to play hearthstone, so you can't really fault people for playing effective decks to level up quickly, even if they are annoying to play against.
I quess you print Mr.Smite when you are left without any fking idea in your life. P.S. ty for ruining wild even more, like it wasnt alrdy disaster with questline pirate warrior with its current state. All in all Mr.Smite = broken , wont spend even 2k gold for mini set, its just doesnt worth it, coz its trash ,simple thoughts.
I think purchasing it gives you duplicate protection and you should be able to disenchant. So even if you don't like the mini set, 2000 gold for 1700+ dust and duplicate protection for the legendaries may be worth considering for some people. Besides, if you are right that Mr Spite is broken, you could get refund dust as well
To be honest I've been avoiding most of the Mercenaries previews because I'd like to just have a completely fresh experience, but it's still appreciated
You definitely have to consider it when calculating the possibility the opponent has lethal, but it isn't always an auto-pick in my opinion. However, it definitely has a high win rate when played (currently tied for 20th best in Arena at 66.9%). Sometimes there's not much you can do, but you can probably increase win rate a bit by prioritizing trading when there's a chance the opponent can play it next turn and get close to lethal. In my opinion, this card should be thought of in a similar way as Silas Darkmoon or Darkmoon Rabbit when thinking about board control and position.
I was playing against a C'thun hunter and conceded literally right as he played Flare+Maxima. I was surprised that C'thun's stats didn't change, but I thought it was just because I conceded too early. But maybe it's actually fixed? You would think there would be some kind of announcement
Until an official announcement I think it's likely that people will still win games just by concede
Thanks for sharing, nice deck. Secret Passage does not shuffle cards into the deck, unfortunately. But it looks like you already have Anka as a backup plan in case you draw Deathwing too early
If you are up against an AFK roper, roping every turn just feeds into their strategy, so its worth distinguishing between AFK ropers and non-AFK ropers, especially if you are in casual mode and conceding immediately has no negative impact on ladder placement.
Banning is only a short-term solution, at most, even if you somehow manage to avoid banning real players. Where it really counts is in the incentives. An xp-based solution may be the way to go.
As a side note, a full Nozdormu mode might be a nice retreat from bots.

Any idea what the class type / neutrality will be for the legendaries?

Anyone else think Defias Cannonier is a bit strong?

Could someone remind me whether the mini set affects Arena?

Maybe not the biggest talking point here, but I'm glad they fixed the Maestra bug
