You definitely have to consider it when calculating the possibility the opponent has lethal, but it isn't always an auto-pick in my opinion. However, it definitely has a high win rate when played (currently tied for 20th best in Arena at 66.9%). Sometimes there's not much you can do, but you can probably increase win rate a bit by prioritizing trading when there's a chance the opponent can play it next turn and get close to lethal. In my opinion, this card should be thought of in a similar way as Silas Darkmoon or Darkmoon Rabbit when thinking about board control and position.

I understand that it is easy to accuse a win-more card of being unfair in arena. I do consider its existence when they have a few mid-power cards in play and where before I could play a big taunt to slow them down, it's not uncommon that they can smash through and deal 20+ damage in one turn. It's the frequency of this happening but perhaps i'm just unlucky. It's interesting to know that it is 20th anyway. Hadnt considered you could find these stats.

As a regular arena player I have to declare how frustrating this card is in Arena.
80% of my losses tend to be a direct result of this one card.
