    The difference is that Pyro and Equality synergize with other cards in your deck. I'm wondering if it can find its way into a competitive deck, like with Bomb Squad or something

    This is the hero Hearthstone deserves. It might not find it's way into competitive decks, but this is the type of card that makes deckbuilding fun. How can I incorporate this into a deck? Do I get lots of negative deathrattles? Or try to sneak it into handlock with doomsayer?

    1) it works on empty board

    2) It's casting the spell again, which in my mind makes it work with Auctioneer, Yogg, and other effects that we might not have seen.

     If you're talking about me, I mean that you can corrupt and then play minions on the same turn. It obviously forces a trade, but there are advantages to not skipping your own turn in certain circumstances. Even forcing that action of removing your minions can be strong, and making it difficult to clear them with a taunt minion in place is good too. by comparison, a taunt minion with doomsayer just ensures all minions are dead, whereas a taunt minion with corruption ensures your minions survive.

    And then those cards just die to cursed enemy minions

     

    it can save you face damage for sure. You can also corrupt a large minion and flood the board

    it does allow you to play cards on your turn though, whereas most of the time you withhold from playing minions with doomsayer

    probably not great? You hardly see Pilfered Power as it is, putting it with living mana doesn't change much. 

    2 health minions are pretty easy to deal with, and spending a card and 3 mana to undo the drawback of living mana isn't really worth it. Living mana is expensive as fuck as it is. Maybe you cast it turn 3 for 3 2/2/s, and if none of them die, you get 3 more  crystals? it's kinda slow. Might as well just pack Nourish.
