If I seem sarcastic, it is because Even Shaman has so many tools like Brrrrrlocks available that this should not be hard.
It is not clever to put a card in that deck which is only good for targeting specific weapons. By the way it is called Wildpaw Cavern. So it is not good. The problem is that rogue has too many mana cheating cards which are broken in specific situations like Preparation, Secret Passage, Breakdance, Scribbling Stenographer or Kingsbane.

I think card rarity only kicks in Arena draft (or is that not a thing as well?) but it should be ! It will make the game less random and meaningful, and lazy card designer team will actually have to use some brain cells before deciding which gem to give each card.
I dont like shadow nerfs either but I disagree with you on one point. Discover not being able to discover themselves is one of the good things they have introduced. While DK change is a nerf to one class, I wish they coded it in a way that you cannot discover from runes you dont own which would make more sense, but why shouldnt u discover a triple rune if thats your gameplan when you built the deck with triple rune? its powerful but again if they introduced legendary being 1 out of 40, well if you're lucky to find another copy of ur triple rune legendary good for you

Completing my post, I want to underline that _I DO REALLY LIKE_ this new Legendary, but It could have been rare or Epic, compared to other classes' cards!

Gotta be honest, fun but not strong. Steamrolled by anything that summons minions in the first 4 turns. Also steamrolled by some control decks. So what's the point?

The point of legend is to confirm you are better than the average player, even if not by much. The point of legend is to keep up to date with the meta. The point of legend is to get an extra free epic at the start of the new month. It's not much, but it's something. Legend used to be much harder to reach before though, so I can see why it feels less of an achievement nowadays.

Hedge Maze, Unending Swarm can potentially offer you +9 attack +9 health every time you hero power. And you can meme it up (probably you shouldn't) with Youthful Brewmaster and Cover artist you can go +11 / +11. But that's not it, you can be a bit more flexible and go for extra health instead, or aggro down your opponent's face: +7 / +15 or +15 / +7 is possible so you have the flexibility. Have fun.

The game is not balanced around Wild. Wild is meant to be this crazy graveyard of all the powerful cards and combos of all time. There are wild balance changes once in a while... but new cards won't make as much impact in wild as they do in Standard. And I think for standard, this card is pretty sweet.
