forcing Rogue to think further ahead and not rely on 11+ lifesteal every turn

Exactly my thoughts. Kingsbane was unique, but not entertaining to play against. Now things should change. Well, or Kingsbane will become a history (I hope it wont).

About druid, I just lost to Malydruid on turn 7. It was like turn 5 that 4-4 dude, turn 6 Maly + Swipe and shit. I don't like this kind of games tbh. Druid has few very strong archetypes, they have ramp, ton of armor, Maly, Togg, Hadronox. Also tokens is a thing. Now they will have at least some struggle in ramp

Kingsbane with Leeching was lame. Now Kingsbane have to make deck which is not only about Kingsbane, Vanish and Sap. Now they can have huge heal, but only once (or two times). So now Kingsbane will remain as win condition still, but not the only card that matter. Maybe some Kingsbane pirate will become new Kingsbane deck.

Actually its not really clear, is it counts as buff? So if you Leech it, attack and shuffle it, will lifesteal remain for one more turn when you draw it? I doubt, but it might.

It is not actually. Its not increasing your chance to get copy battlecry before Grumble triggers. Also its one of the most important parts of combo, so it appear to be at the bottom of your deck you rect. Also there literally no advantages in getting 2 copies instead of one. You will get 2 shadderwock in hand (if you get lucky), but it doesn't even matter since you only need one. Maybe its just increase your chance for next shudders tho, but its only if you won 50/50 first time (there also zola and new elemental, so chance a bit more then 50/50, but whatever. Deck still much less reliable)

Great nerfs for sure. Nice job this time Blizz. Even tho it should be done much earlier, its much better to be later then never.

Every nerf here is pretty good, non card was totally killed (except MAYBE level up). Also Im not sure how Saronite will work now. If you buff it, will it summon buffed copy? It looks like it will not, so its punch for a lot of decks. However, most of them are Keleseth/aggro, so who cares? I love to see it

Dopplegangster is much weaker by itself then Saronite. So technically yeah, it still may work in wild. But it will not be THAT good at least.

Or maybe they just forgot. Its Blizzard after all. Aren't we used to it?

Actually problem of the wild is that there all the same decks. Same Barnes priests, same aggro shamans, same jade druids. Same cards as well like Loatheb, Belcher or Shredder. Standard seems less variegated at first sight, but at least its not the same cards as 4 years ago. Not the same archetypes. I used to exalt wild for a while, but after Barnes rotation it became a cesspool of the most cancerous decks of all time. Or at least it was the time I notice it.

Standard at least seems more fresh

Oh nvm, its still copy, not drawing. So generally, This into barnes is also not that good. Coz you have 50% chance to get barnes from barnes

Damn, didn't think about it. Wild becomes more broken every expansion.

Also it might work with Keleseth, tho its not like 100% chance to get it. Stitched Tracker doesn't work, coz in doesn't draw, just copy. This might

Druid’s Mark of the Loa has nothing to do with the Druid’s Loa. Gonk what are you doing man? Gimme something I can combo you with.

Mark of the Loa has as much in common with Druid's Loa, as Mark of Y'Shaarj has with Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound. Strange Blizz logic, didn't get it before neither now

I guess it works like this:

If you play it on turn 6 for 6-mana: you will have 5 empty mana crystals

If you play it on turn 10 for 6 mana, you well be left with 4 filled mana crystal and 1 empty.

If you play it on turn 6 for 1 mana (lets say, discounted by Sonya), you will have 5 filled mana crystal.

Im pretty sure it works this way. Its like if you play Succubus for 2 mana, you don't lose your filled mana crystal. You lose your used crystal. However, if you play Succubus for 0, you will lose filled mana crystal. So its like 1-mana crystal cost anyway

Its strange card really. Hard to evaluate it properly. Its highly depends on how it works, coz its pretty unprecedented mechanic. Will you have 5 full mana crystal or not. I suppose not, coz then it will be like 1-mana 5-5.

Btw take in mind that you make your opponent mana equal 5, so at the start of next turn it will be 6 actually.

My first thought was its an aggro/midrange card. Put the board, drop it on turn 6 against priest and no Scream for 1 more turn.

But I of course its more like anti-combo and anti-control card

Imagine it against Mechacthun priest when he has that 5 cards left. Or even Mechacthun warlock, who has no more cards in deck.

Or against druid after he dropped first Maly/Togg (however you need to remove Twig here). You kill Maly, play this and he cant play floop-Maly coz he will have only 1 mana left

It may help against Shudder on turn 9 if you are really sure he have it. Take 4 more turns, it should be enough

Opponent warlock is reaching 10-turn with bunch of demons in dead pool? He can wait 4 more turns for sure. Not that good against Jaina, but also good if you see opponent have good opportunity.

Also it may slow down taunt druid a bit. But unfortunately 6 mana is exactly enough for Plague, so its wont help you a lot

It also might mess with combo priest a bit. same here, few turns (but maybe delay for anduin for 2 turns and Scream for 1 turn may win you a game)

TD;DR: Its really good against control/combo decks. If you are aggro/midrange you know for sure you wont win Jaina/Guldan in late, you can try it. even 1-2 turns may be enough to push it to death

Well, usually when Shudder cycle has began, you only have 1 turn until you die. I don't think it will have big influence here
