Reset happened an hour later for me today. Not sure, but maybe there was some daylight savings time change involved? I'm in Australia, so I wouldn't have a clue.

yep, the same thing happened to me, it reset an hour later after the usual time it would reset
Well, I might be very wrong here but I decided to check my theory and looked up PDT time zone.
Apparently, on Nov 1st the daylight savings time period in PDT has ended, and their clock went 1 hour backwards. Hence why we've been getting our quests an hour later, since the time gap now is 1 hour larger. Like I said, I might be wrong since I have no clue about US time zones and DST (I struggle with local ones as it is). If someone from US could confirm - that'd be great. Here's a link that I used:
No new quest for me, US, central time, 2 hours ahead of Blizzard and Pacific Standard time. Usually new quests come in very early in the morning. Day light savings time shouldn't effect it because the clocks got rolled back, not forward.
It usually resets around 1 hour ago but I haven't got my new quest yet and the gold cap has not yet reset, are you guys experiencing the same thing?

Daylight Saving Time in the US. On Sunday, we set the clocks back one hour. In the Spring, we'll set them forward an hour.
I think it originally had something to do with farming, but we still do it for some reason.
Feel free to add me if you play on NA! iMPose#1429

EDIT: Resetting the client brought me a new one.
