Nobody knows you, they all get ppl added to talk shit, so they stop adding. It's better to find somebody from the friend code thread on hearthpwn than add random people.
They don't know that you wont, though. Honestly? Ask around here and see what times people play at. =)
I'm not a good candidate because I do not play regularly at all, but i'm sure someone would be willing to let you spectate. (it doesn't have to be a ladder or casual match either - i spectated my wife doing one of the BRM PVE wings, and i got credit.)
Throughout the year, we've all been used to getting SLAMMED with hate when we play someone and friend them afterwards. It's led to the best thing being to not do so.
for example. Lots of people wanting to friend, especially with then new quest. They won't turn the hate on you and have no problems letting you spectate.
90% of the time when people add me it's to qq. I don't even play any cancer archetypes or netdecks so I can't even imagine what someone who plays facehunter or mech mage gets. Eventually you stop accepting when people add you.
i dont add facehunters and such. if i play with someone and i had a good game i add him after, some reply some not. but i have like 70 friends in 5 months so i guess people add others after all. and i talk to a lot of them frequently in a friendly manner always
If I want to friend somebody I play a wait a few minutes after the game then do the friend request and I will sometimes get a response. I don't really look for many friends but if I come across some interesting plays or a cool deck I sometimes like to ask about it. I think having a cool down time for both players increases your chances since there will likely be less of a chance of emotion coming into play.
I do the same on the other end. I've had immediate friend requests who more than likely just want to rage at somebody, rng, what-have-you. I sometimes will accept these requests a few minutes later if they were playing something interesting.
I very rarely get any kind of rage responses this way. I also don't friend request anybody who did bad manners during the game. I mean, if you want a friend like that be my guest but that's not for me.
If I see a friend request after a game, I check to see if its from the person I last played. If it is, I accept it and talk for a bit, sometimes they are nice, sometimes they are not.
The problem is I don't always notice it - so if its from a person thats not my last played, I always decline. I think the game needs to alert you louder of a new request.
Beyond that, there is a 100 limit to the friends list, and if your like me and have been playing blizzard games for yeeeeears, you're likely at or close to that limit. So I can't just willy/nilly add people. I had that about the friend list and it makes doing pick up groups in other games like heroes of the storm really hard to. They need to increase the friends list limit.
Look, the people you are after are the people you depend on: we set up your computers, we deliver your email, we connect your calls, we backup your files, we guard your networks while you sleep. Do not %#&^ with us.
If they are nice to me and talk nice it's a win/win
if they are just an ass, then it's just me winning. I figure if you are so salty that you had to spend your time to add just to feel better about the match I beat you in then I won at life.

So I got the quest to spectate friends but I have none.
So I tried adding random people I played against in normals. After my 5th try, all of them ignored me.
Whats the deal? I mean I've gotten people that added me and talk shit afterwards but I've never done so >_>.

I always add people who add me
If anyone would actually add me....

We have a better spot for that: here.

And yes, you can add mine as well.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.

Have a great deck that's really, really cheap? Help the new players out

People ruined that experience early in the games lifetime by adding people, then harassing them, then putting them on ignore.
For me there are a few factors:
If I see a friend request after a game, I check to see if its from the person I last played. If it is, I accept it and talk for a bit, sometimes they are nice, sometimes they are not.

I heal people to death
Theres no way to meet people in game then :/
Best way is to add people here from the forum as man people said before me. I often don't even notice if somebody tries to add me.
Out of five people i have added in game five gave me cancer
All the people i have found here or on reddit are keepers
Funny, isn't there a current thread where people post their tag so they can get more friends? If only there was a link to that thread...

Sorry for a little bit of sarcasm.

I add everyone.
