Yes, I can get both, but the point I am trying to make is that 70 euro for the golden option is a tad expensive..
Did you even calculate how much dust all those golden cards are worth? It's a LOT. You'd have to buy well over 100 regular packs to get the same amount of dust. So no, it's not expensive for what you get.
Of course, it IS a lot of money to pay for something with only cosmetic value. Golden cards are like all other decadent luxury items: If you are looking at the price tag, it's not meant for you in the first place.
So you have enough dust to craft the whole thing golden, but you're wondering if you should pay money for it? That makes no sense at all.

It made sense that I bought packs and almost never used dust, when I was a Blizzard fanboy... now I am having doubts about supporting Blizzard/Microsoft more than I need to.
Why keep putting money in rather than spending the currency you've already got in the game? You don't get any interest on your dust and you can't buy groceries with it. If there's something you want and you have enough dust why choose to pay cash instead?
I tried to answer that in my previous post. I have wanted to support my favorite gaming company and Hearthstone.
But I am considering just using saved gold and dust for a while. I don't like the way the game is heading with mercenaries and soo many hero skins. having the 1000 win ones means next to nothing now...
Fuck man, i bought the wrong one...i didnt want the golden one. Why is it set on golden as default:(
Yeah, it is fishy.
Reminds me of my last restaurant visit XD
Agreed, the UI for this is super sketchy. They are creating so many customer service headaches for themselves.
(On the other hand, you don't look at the amount being charged when you make a purchase?)
