I have a question regarding Nazmani Bloodweaver, yes I'm bit salty but hear me out.
We already know cards cost can be reduced below 0. So when his text says "random card in hand" why does it always discounts cards with mana cost, and it doesn't hit 0 mana cards already, wasting its potential. It is as much stupid as Apprentice allowing infinite plays.

"Minion to minion the basic of all combats, only a fool trusts his win to an OTK"
That's an excellent question and I'm sure someone can find an example of why it works this way. I would assume it's hard coded to not target things that are already zero... just because it would kind of suck for the person using it to have it keep hitting 0 cost cards over and over instead of something else.
I am curious what the interaction between this card and the opponent using something like Loatheb or Cult Neophyte the turn before would look like. I guess the spells could still be reduced to zero if you had spells to trigger the reduction... but maybe not?

Pretty sure that it would then target those cards again as they would cost more than 0.
If reductions hit cards during a Loatheb or Cult Neophyte turn, these cards can potentially have an effective negative mana cost. For instance, a Holy Smite reduced to zero during a Cult Neophyte turn will appear as costing 0 on the following turn, but will really cost -1. If another Cult Neophyte, the Holy Smite will still cost 0 (-1+1). That's what I believe from my experience anyway do correct me if I'm wrong.

It is hard coded to reduce cost of cards that are not 0 already. It would be pretty useless otherwise.
No, it targetting 0 cost cards would be wasting the potential. It used to do that but it was then hotfixed: https://www.hearthpwn.com/news/7798-19-0-2-duels-weekly-quests-miscellaneous-bugs
