To be honest no. I abandoned Duels right away. I personally find it boring and too meta at the moment. Hopefully when new Hero Powers and such come out it will be more fun for me. I do enjoy Ladder though. Believe it or not I usually just play Battlegrounds.
Truth be told, I haven't even tried it once. Then again I need real money or real prizes involved for wasting time and mastering something, at least some real ladder and competition, but Kotick would never allow that, H$ is his pure Cash grab, and AV-Blizz are creating new P2W Game Modes for leeching off more money without even making them remotely competetive / eSports ambitious
The fact that players actually waste 10 hours a day at becoming gud in Battlegrounds or Duels without hoping to get anything back in return is both shocking and disturbingly saddens me.

lol not sure if trolling or just an idiot
why ? he say the truth, his own opinion is that a game like HS (which is very expensive for non grinders)
needs a better competitive e-sports scene, (i think that they totally destroyed it with the grand masters system, no intensive now to "try hard"
I wont even bother with duels unless they give free tickets and decent play guarantees a good payout, if I find it is an easy way to grind resources then I will consider it, but I doubt it will be that.
I already play duels way more than ladder, but then again this is a dead phase of the meta. But yeah, I could see it being my main play mode once I hit diamond 5.
I like idea of having different starting powers and treasures, and the singleton base deck. Hopefully if they tune the treasures a bit more the game mode will be more of a back and forth "duel". It feels like there could be so many playstyles within one class with hero power choices, and I like the idea of it being difficult to just out and out build a fast deck, combo deck or control deck, as you may not get the offerings you want.
People keep talking about it being too swingy based on treasures, but right now in constructed, most games feel like a foregone conclusion in the first three turns. Often I feel like if I'm not first or didn't get a 1 cost card in Mulligan, my game is over. I could be wrong, but sometimes it feels like only a small batch of games are "viable", like my decisions caused my loss or victory. Otherwise the deck or my opponent's deck did the heavy lifting.
For god sake it’s not even fully out
Duels is just designed to appease the crayon eaters.
Nope, I always disenchant the last year for dust and because of that I don't have the cards to compete.
Yeah cause standard is not controlled by the game, right ? hahaha.

will play duels only for quests and continue grinding ranked.
I wish they made rotating wild instead of this dungeon run mess. That would be a lot better.
No way.
