I've just started having an issue yesterday where an error message pops up after the game fails to load.
HS:CT;NetCacheCardValues=1
I've tried everything (not everything apparently) but nothing has worked. I've logged in on three different devices and all of them are having the same issue. And now to top it off, after I've cleared all caches and uninstalled the game, Battlenet app, and all files included, it's no longer even letting me reinstall the Battlenet app. I'm at a loss!
Contact Blizzard support. (I don’t have the actual contact here, but just go to Blizzard website. And click support. Submit ticket. They’re decent at responding.

Turns out there was an issue with my wifi that was only preventing me from doing certain things and not others.
Using my phone hotspot to play until I fix it.
