One of the few cards with this keyword was (barely) playable is the rogue legendary one and for a short period of time.
Put something more interesting in the table, like, 2 manas 1/1 Stealth if this minion damage a player that player discard a random card, they just printing boring cards with this ability, don't need to chance Stealth, just put in minions can be competitive instead fillers.
I feel like it would have to be a blanket statement regarding the triggering of secrets. While I follow your logic, I’m not sure that the nuances would be easily determined if it says cannot trigger secrets (assumption would be that it doesn’t trigger any at all). Cool idea, but not sure how to improve the wording.

In the same statement, it is described as the period before the minion attacks. Can you suggest any better wording?
The reason Stealth is weak is having little interaction is essentially not very fun. Buffing it would cause more problems than fix.
Surprising- Err, rather: unsurprisingly, Hearthstone has begin to stray further and further away from constant interactivity between the players and each of their minions in play. We've seen the introduction of two expansions worth of playable quests (with new, sidequests on the way) that have no way of being interacted upon by the opponent directly.
Add that to the list of minions that have incredible Battlecries such as the great N'Zoth, Shaman's Shudderwock, and Rogue's big boss Tess. Now clearly, these are all legendary rarity, however they often require a certain style of deck in order to function properly. O imagine the same would apply to any Stealth themed deck.
So unless you're suggesting my theoretical change would create one or even a few top tier deck lists (meaning Secrets would also be top tier) I'm inclined to disagree with your argument based on interactivity. Especially considering Stealth is a very temporary effect in most cases.
Maybe you'd want to say "cannot trigger Secrets on your turn" to cover the fact that it CAN be involved in the triggering of your own Secrets.
That said, while I think it would be a very interesting change, I have the feeling Team 5 would find this too complicated for the idiots they claim as their target audience.

Umm.... that is totally broken. it says "until this minion attacks" instead of "until this minion deals damage" meaning there are some zombeasts that would actually be almost unstoppable. like stealthed Giant Wasp + Dreadscale would wipe the board every turn, while remaining stealthed. That wording would be too broken I feel to ever be included.

I understand, however your change would make Stealth even stronger if you think about it. A minion is required to be eligible for an attack before dealing any damage to a target. In other words, the damage portion of the attack comes after the attack has begun (and thus, after any Secrets might be triggered). I also referenced the In-game description of Stealth and it is as follows: Can't be attacked or targeted until it attacks.
So in my case, turn X I play a minion with Stealth against a Mage with both Mirror Entity and Splitting Image Secrets in play. The Mirror Image Secret is not triggered, however on the following turn when I plan to attack with my currently Stealthed minion, should I target a minion of my opponents', Splitting Image would activate and proceed to make a normal copy of the targeted minion.
In your case, the following turn would involve my minion already dealing damage to the targeted minion THEN (if the target was not killed) the Splitting Image Secret would summon a copy of the now damaged minion and weaken the total effect of the Secret.

Oh great and mighty warriors! Harken to my call! I come bringing the highest of hopes and ridiculous notions beyond your wildest dreams!!
Behold! I propose a buff to minions that have the keyword "Stealth":
This means it would keep the current effects, and additionally wouldn't trigger Secrets like Mirror Entity, Snipe, and Repentance. However it would still trigger many other secrets like Venomstrike Trap, Splitting Image, and Noble Sacrifice.
Thoughts?

I'm not the smartest person when it comes to balancing, but I dig it. Others may say it's a bit op but logic wise - it makes sense.

Seems like a viable buff. Not too powerful, but enough to help make stealth more playable.
